The good is my room was both clean and well stocked, the bed comfy. The bad was the wifi on the TV was having a problem so it didnt work. Also, understand that their free shuttle has limited hours so when I chose this hotel I didn't get to use it after 11pm when I arrived or when I left at 7am so I didn't save as much money vs fancier hotels after spending $42 in taxi and Lyft rides to and from Dulles. Overall it is a great budget option.

Had to stay here because I had a connecting flight at 5pm the next day. I'm pretty sure I felt something crawling on me while I was asleep, I was so traumatized, I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. I left that room way before check out time...

After a few mediocre hotels, I was happy to stay at a hotel where they cleaned every day and extended courtesy.

I recently stayed at this Hotel and unfortunately encountered a disappointing experience that left me feeling disheartened. The receptionist at the hotel was unhelpful and lacked professionalism, failing to provide help and creating an unwelcoming first impression. Throughout my stay, the staff exhibited a distinct lack of friendliness and attentiveness, contributing to a somber and unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite addressing my concerns with the reception , no action was taken to resolve the customer service issues, which further added to my disappointment. The cumulative effect of the unhelpful receptionist, unfriendly staff, left me with a sense of melancholy. The hotel's failure to provide a warm and welcoming environment detracted significantly from the overall guest experience. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to restore guest satisfaction in the future.

Always easy to stay here, rooms are better than expected for the price.

Airport hotels have no or almost no pick-up and shuttle services. After waiting for 45 minutes, I had to take a taxi. The distance from the airport is 5 kilometers, plus a tip of 20 knives.
