The hotel has a very good location, clean and both the receptionist are helpful and friendly.

Great hotel very worthy for money but with big room, balcony, swimming pool, good service, and great location. Breakfast is great, various options. We love it!! Reception provide good service. Location is few mins walk to center and bus stop, super convenience. My son very happy with chicken hotdog and hams coz he doesnt eat pork. This is a very great hotel I will definately to live here if I back again?

Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near the city which is really convenient to get around.

The drain inside the bathroom is not clean, so it is like flooding when I’m bathing, but other things were great!!

The location is good , close to the bus station and Fira Center just 5 min walk. Check in was fast, and they also provide breakfast

Worst customer service, l have received. I have travelled a lot, at the booking office, at first the woman started that there was no way l would have booked with them. This is without asking for my reference number nor my name. After insisting, she wanted to see my reference number - so l handed her my phone and she said something to this people bring disease and rises her hand with water and handed me the phone and asked that her college assist me, he help asked for my reference number and supported me with accessing my booking reference. When boarding the boat the guide ignored me, and serviced people before and told me that they was a line, l insistented until she serviced me. The volcano hike does not need a guide, she lacked inclusivity and could not engage with the group and a lot of people started walking by themselves. Safety was not observed by the guide and worst service, l have received to date.

Location is the most important selling point, it is right in the center of Fira, and it is 2 min walk from the central bus station where u can get a bus to most places in Santorini. Also near to many restaurants and shops and get whatever you want. Room is basic but acceptable. Breakfast is decent too, overall it is good

I booked this place for my birthday thinking it would be a nice resort. It’s just an ordinary hotel on a busy street with thin walls. The beds were uncomfortable and the street noise was loud. There are cheaper, quieter, and cleaner options.

Nice little hotel close to the main square. We had a family room for two of us. Nice to have the extra space.
