酒店離大水槽非常近，附近有麥當勞快餐店和正餐店，酒店有自己的地下收費停車場，汽車出停車場時要注意離門遠些，以免門打開時碰到。酒店前台非常熱情，給我們推薦了餐廳，並幫打電話預約。房間略小。

酒店位置非常好，從房間就可以看到渡槽，特別是前台的女孩Sandra非常熱情、耐心、負責👍幫我們叫出租車；由於我們睡眠不好，幫我們換到比較安靜的房間…一些所瑣事，她都認真幫我們解決，讓我們有了一場完美的旅程。希望下次再見！

El hotel está muy buen ubicado, las instalaciones correctas. Lo negativo es que nos dieron una habitación que daba a la calle de atrás que es de zona de fiesta nocturna y la insonorización de la habitación es insuficiente y no se podía dormir,

The hotel is in walking distance to all tourist destinations in Segovia. The bus stop is right opposite to the hotel (bus #11 goes to train station -15 min trip). Hotel staff is very friendly and room is very confortable. I’ll definitelly stay in it again when visiting Segovia.

Only stayed 1 night, Segovia is stunning and when you stay at this hotel everything is at your fingertips.
Just a few steps away you have many dining options and beautiful views everywhere you look.

The location is excellent.The room that I got is way too overestimated. Has to be half price. The gym is good , simple but has it all for those who train deeply .

Picked this hotel as it was right at the entrance of the old city. Hotel was great and they had underground parking and a restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel. It's location is perfect for sightseeing in the historic area, shopping and there are lots of restaurants very close by. Our room was comfortable and very clean. I would recommend this hotel.

I was given a room good for 3 to 4 people with extra bed while my reservation is only me (1). The location is also bad and when I asked for a better one they lied saying it’s booked. When I return from dinner since I checked in at night and gave the staff some dinner they changed me to good room with a view. Why does it have to be this way? I always reserve my hotel through ******* and for hotels they don’t like *******.
