honestly, very disappointed. yes actual service, hotel, and location was not bad. but what is destination fee? Who are trying to book this hotel please check the destination fee is not included. don't be fooled. Do not think the price on the trip.com is actual price.!!! DO NOT THINK THIS IS THE ACTUAL PRICE!

Nice Hotel, cozy and well located. I just thought it was strange that they charge $23 dollars. Can’t it just be added to the total price?

The service was very friendly and prompt. The doorman was very welcoming and helpful. We had a small view of the lake that was very nice. Excellent downtown location. We had our son with us so the room was small but very clean and shower was great.

The hotel charges extra fees on late checkout. The rooms are smaller than advertised.

千禧酒店位於密西根大街高檔購物區，樓下就是LV旗艦店，對面是橡樹街奢侈品一條街，周邊也遍佈美食，交通非常方便，地鐵紅線就在附近，周圍也很多公交巴士站，它在高檔區域中是性價比很高的酒店，雖然設施不能跟新建的現代酒店比較，但它的設施已足夠跟四五星酒店比美，衞生非常乾淨整潔（特別是浴室非常好），酒店隔音非常棒，服務很禮貌周到，管理和安全都很好，整體來講，它跟同區的酒店比，這個價格已超值

酒店住宿體驗其實沒用什麼問題，但離開酒店後兩天發現被酒店通過信用卡自動charge了139USD，沒有任何賬單。想聯繫酒店但郵件不通。最後通過攜程客服的幫忙才確認是酒店誤操作。海外攜程還是很給力很用心，想起多年前在澳洲也是通過海外攜程客服幫忙解決機票問題。但酒店服務suck!

夠乾淨衞生，位置很好，出門也很方便，就是黑人和墨西哥人比較多，對於我們這種商務的問題不大，去旅行應該不會住這裏。

位置好，就在華麗一英里街區，購物觀景方便，周邊較安全，就是酒店很多時候無早餐，不方便。

服務特別差 check in時找不到訂單搞了好長時間 刷了兩筆按金記錄 退房時説找不到按金記錄.. 非常無語 前台的女性一副傲慢的狀態 話都不好好説
