Everything was perfect, the view was fantastic and the breakfast was so delicious. The hotel is not far from the Airport and there’s a shuttle bus to Fira. The most impressive is the service of the hotel staff provided, every staff were well trained,especially Mr. Vagos, he provide an exceptional service, he help us a lot with patience and always with a big smile. Mr. Vagos is definitely a valuable asset to the hotel. I will definitely come back to the hotel next time.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, room is spacious and clean. Quiet location but yet close to Fira. Sunset at jacuzzi is stunning! Staff are friendly and helpful!

The best hotel I have ever stayed ln. The manager and staff were extremely accommodating. The views were amassing and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

I will start with the positives: Amazing view, super friendly staff, breakfast, and lunch were really good. I had read the reviews before booking and knew that there was a lot about the bathrooms. To be honest I was very disappointed with our room. It was damp and moldy and had a ton of flies. I also had a pair of lululemon leggings go "missing" from my room. The plunge pool was also very cold water, which I was not expecting. I would not recommend having dinner at the hotel, it wasn't very good. I feel bad giving a negative review because everything besides our room was great about this hotel. If they just updated the rooms even a little, it would make a huge impact.

Great service very clean. They gave us the wrong room at check in but when we brought it to their attention they gave us the correct room. Everyone we encountered was absolutely lovely. The breakfast was outstanding.

Our stay at the Petit Palace was wonderful. This hotel has an absolutely amazing view that did not disappoint! On our first stay in Santorini we didn't have a caldera view so we were SO happy that we chose to stay at a place with an amazing view like this. The hotel staff are all incredible, they are so kind and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing as is the breakfast, omg! We were blown away by the food here, among the best on our entire trip to greece and various islands. We highly recommend staying here and know that you won't be disappointed.
