Hotel ini bukan brand internasional, jadi saya sedikit khawatir saat pertama kali memilihnya. Namun, setelah check-in, saya menemukan bahwa stafnya sangat ramah, dan makanan serta lingkungannya juga standar bintang lima. Sangat direkomendasikan!

Hotel yang bagus, banyak merpati di tepi kolam renang yang mereka buang air besar 💩 di atas Anda atau di atas handuk Anda, kolam renang yang dingin, sarapannya enak :), berisik di tepi rel kereta.

Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

Very good and warm hospitality except the room reservation team.. Food was average. Breakfast was good, staff were very welcoming and prompt housekeeping. Special thanks to suhail from check in to checkout and jigyanshu from the Bar he made our trip memorable.

The hotel was excellent, offering an escape from the city's bustle into a little oasis of VIP service and ambiance. This was my second stay, and I always recommend it. While it could use some minor renovations, it remains a fantastic property.

Perfect in all aspects! I wish the pool hours were longer, hair dryer was a bit old. Amazing staff, cleanliness and food!

Great place it’s my second time on the same trip I’m staying here. Great location nearby to all places. And the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
