We wanted to go to Disneyland, and therefore the stay is best possible. Food was pricy but also very delicious! We really enjoyed the stay :)

Very comfortable, the AC was nice, bed was soft and pillows with option. Suggest to have more coffee

It was my first experience to stay in Disney Hotel but I loved a lot. Think we will book 2 nights next time. Big rooms, huge beds (twin rooms) enough for 2+2. Lovely hotels area. Swimming pool is closed now. Breakfast is ok, western and Chinese cuisines. No coffee machine, only American Coffee. Unfortunately the bath robes are too small. Size 48 looks like for skinny Chinese lady or a kid.

Perfect experience for our HK Disney visit! Really fancy themed hotel, spacious room. And great service for the young kids! Wished we could have spent more time with the activities! Trip provides the best prices!

I recently stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. One thing to note is that the location is a bit removed from nearby restaurants and shopping areas, which might be a bit inconvenient if you're looking to explore the surrounding area. If you're mainly interested in staying on the resort, this won't be an issue, but for those wanting to venture out, the limited options nearby could feel a bit isolating. For me, two nights felt like a bit much, and I think one night would have been sufficient for the experience, especially considering the distance from other amenities. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.

First time staying at the Explorer Hotel. Excellent experience. Booked for one night staycation and buffet, it was a very nice getaway. The room was spacious and clean, staffs were also nice and friendly.

The hotel is pretty new and modern. The room is spacious and comfortable. However I think the hotel staff and drivers should be a bit happier and show more initiative with customers. This observation also applies to the staff in the theme park who came across as rather despondent. Last but not least, if the hotel doesn’t provide toothpaste and toothbrushes for environmentally reasons the guests should be informed in advance during the booking process.

WONDERFUL staying on disney explorers lodge hotel, kids are super love it !!!

Travelling with family of 6, including baby, young kid and elderly. Staffs were super friendly and polite, they were able to accommodate for a connecting room and also answered lots of questions we had. Rooms were clean and spacious. We went to the breakfast buffet in the morning and there were lots of options, food was ok in general (better than the food at the park). However, there was a 60-minute limit to enjoy your meal, plus to line up for photos with the disney character, we’d found it wasn’t enough when you have 2 kids. There was only one disney character at breakfast, we were hoping to meet at least another one. It was a little disappointing considering with the price we paid. We enjoyed the activities at the hotel, the time table provided was helpful. It’s nice to find out that we could continue to enjoy the amenities even we had checked out on that day. We visited the kids play room, there wasn’t much and toys were limited so our kids didn’t stay long, but it’s free for hotel guests. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel. We will definitely go back if we visit HK disneyland again.

Standard room is big and convenient location to Disneyland.

The room is quite dull and dark and resembles a 4-star hotel in Southeast Asia, so I don’t really like it.

Happy place for children to stay and enjoy. Very convenient location for the family to enjoy the Disneyland report. But quite old facility.
