This bad review is for the hotel facilities, not the staff. 1. My brother and I stayed for two nights and experienced water and power outages. The water was cut off when I just applied conditioner, and I was very upset. I contacted the staff to send a bucket of water and drinking water 2. There is a very strange smell in the room, both in the toilet and the room. I thought at first that I was sensitive to smells, but I found that several clothes on the bed and sofa were also stained with this smell. 3. The two-bedroom suite faces the public swimming pool, with no privacy and poor sound insulation. If you turn off the light panels on the toilet and the door, it will be very dark inside. 4. The uphill and downhill roads in the hotel are not easy to walk, a bit steep, and it is easy to slip when wearing slippers. But there are staff who specialize in helping people move boxes. 5. The room is generally clean, the sheets and bedspreads are a bit damp, there is no quilt, only the thin layer covering the bed, which is not very comfortable to put on the neck. This room downstairs is obviously not ventilated. In addition, there was no cleaning service for two nights, although we slept until 12 o'clock, but this has never happened in any other hotel. Caldera Premium Villa is located in the center of Oia, overlooking the volcano. It offers a swimming pool and accommodation with Cycladic décor. Room balconies offer Caldera and Aegean Sea views. The accommodation and views are great. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. The breakfast provided by the hotel was outstanding. My only complaint is that the location of the hotel is halfway up the cliff, which requires a lot of stairs before you get there. Staff will greet you on arrival and take your luggage, but you may find it difficult to navigate if you have bad knees etc. Other than that, an amazing place in the world.

First of all, the view is really great. Thanks to the caldera view from the terrace, I don't think you need to go to a restaurant with a view. The breakfast is also rich and the room is clean. It's a little humid, so if you put the air conditioner in the room on heating mode, it'll be perfect for sleeping.

To get to the hotel you will have to go down about 70 meters. Not recommended for wine lovers :) There is nothing luxurious in the hotel itself, just a cave with basic amenities. I recommend looking at other hotels
