Ulasan Furano Natulux Hotel

The room is really budget friendly. You can find all the things you need in the room. Yet, the pillows are unsatisfied since one is too hard and another is too soft.

Quaint hotel, self check-in and out, gave us complimentary 2 cups of red wine. Room was big in Japan standard, with an excellent window view. Bathroom amenities provided at the lobby area, pick what you need.

This hotel is near JR furano station. Staying in this hotel it make traveling furano is amazing!

We love the free parking, plenty of spaces. The location is super convenient. Excellent choice. Very clean, most importantly.

Excellent view & distance from Furano station! Very nice & sweet of the hotel to provide a map and marking out the restaurants of different cuisines, the kobini and tourist spot nearby. Check in & out were fuss free & simple using the machine. In addition to the mentioned points, it was very nice of the staff to agree with helping to dispose off unwanted winter boots as not all hotels will do that especially without additional charges. Too bad i was only in the area for a day, will defintely be back to this hotel if i ever go Furano again.

Nice quiet hotel at this time of the year. Convenient location for travelers who drive or take the train.

Location unbeatable, but room size small for the price paid. Staff can communicate in English.

Really near to the train station, and room is clean and reasonable sized in Japanese norm. Breakfast is provided with Japanese and Western set of your choice. Bus stop to the ski resort is just across the street. The only complaint is limited choice of restaurants around but there are supermarkets nearby to buy food.

Very good location, just next to the JR station. Got public bath ( but the environment isn’t that nice ….) Small room , don’t have much space to put luggage.

Hotel is very near to train station.staff is not as friendly as other Japan hotel that we stayed in but still ok. There is a very small bath that can take 3 pax. The hot sauna room is chargreable not free only public bath is free

Stayed for 2 days, and we do not require the room cleaning service for the next day. On the 2nd day, after a long day of wonderful sightseeing and visiting beautiful fruits farm, my husband was tired and looking for a cup of coffee when back to the hote to rest. As he had driven for the whole day, it was definitely a cup of drip coffee that would be a good booster for him. I'm very surprised that when I asked for a packet of coffee at the front desk, the receptionist told me the drip coffee was out of stock. Thought out my 30 years of tourism. This was my first time experiencing that the hotel room's coffee supply is out of stock. And I can't believe it happened in Japan.

Everything is good. Except the air conditioning. First night we can’t sleep at all because is so hot in the room. 2nd day morning we feed back to the reception but their reply is because of the hot weather?? Anyway, they provide “fan” for us.

recently stayed at Furano Natulux in a prime location, directly in front of a bus loop or terminal, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The availability of outdoor parking was a plus, and since the hotel is quite small, the distance from the parking area to the room was not far at all, which was very convenient. However, the room itself left much to be desired. The size of the room was quite small, which might not be an issue for a short stay, but it felt cramped. Cleanliness was also a concern; the room was not the cleanest, which was disappointing. The room had some odd features, such as a drop ceiling over the bed, which felt strange and somewhat claustrophobic. Additionally, the see-through window to the bathroom was awkward, especially considering the small size of the room. Having the sink outside of the bathroom was also inconvenient. On a positive note, the reception staff were quite helpful and friendly, providing good service during my stay. The hotel's location also meant that there were great restaurants all around within walking distance, which was a major plus for dining options. Overall, while the location and helpful reception staff were highlights, the hotel could benefit from some improvements in room cleanliness and design.
