Hotelnya baru dibuka segera, samping balai kota dan rumah sakit, menghadap taman, lingkungan oke. Kamarnya agak kecil, dan pada dasarnya tidak ada peralatan lain kecuali TV di kamar, belum lagi mesin kopi dan bahkan kulkas. Hotel yang sudah lama tidak buka. Ada debu di kepala tempat tidur. Dapat dilihat bahwa sanitasi tidak baik pada waktu-waktu biasa. Tempat parkir berharga US$27 per malam dan tidak ada parkir mandiri. Semua adalah parkir pengganti, dan setiap kali Anda mengambil mobil, Anda akan secara sadar menyiapkan tip. Kalau tidak, wajah si tukang parkir akan jelek. Pelayan dengan wajah Asia di stasiun utama bertanya apakah dia bisa berbicara bahasa Cina, dan dia bisa berbicara bahasa Kanton dalam satu kalimat. Dia menyeret wajahnya sepanjang jalan, seolah-olah dia berhutang uang, belum lagi kata-kata sopan seperti terima kasih dan e y. Pastikan untuk membaca tagihan dengan hati-hati saat makan di restoran, mereka akan mencoret-coretnya. Singkatnya, hotel ini tidak ada hubungannya dengan itu kecuali pembukaan baru. Tingkat layanan sama sekali tidak seperti merek Marriott kelas atas. Jika tidak ingin mengeluarkan uang untuk membeli dosa, tidak disarankan untuk menginap!

Overall service was great, other than Housekeeping who has missed 2 days of the 8-day stay and being inconsistent. However, all service staff members were friendly and approachable.

The check in counter and hotel setup is very modern and the check in staff extremely helpful A spacious layout of space with an inviting bar before one walk up to the lift that takes us to the lift. Room design in very modern and room is spacious. The area is good with good access to restaurant and supermarket by car. Valet parking available only but there is a few parking space available nearby

Conveniently located near the mall and food. Friendly and helpful front desk.

They don't have free parking. they don't have slippers. They don't have dental kits. There is too much noise coming into my room. The reception we received was not that pleasant.

This hotel was soo beautiful from the outside in. The rooms were really plush and art deco. Wish I could have stayed longer because I really loved the rooms. The bathroom, omg was out of this world along with the fabulous body care products. And the water is so soft in LA, we thought it was the soap. The price point was reasonable as well. We didn't try the restaurant this time, didn't really see anything on the menu that stiffs or to us.

Location was great but a few things to keep in mind before you complete your booking: -Room service requires scheduling in advanced -the water faucet by the sink has an unreasonable and useless design that doesn’t allow you to splash wash your face comfortably/without hitting your forehead -the water pressure in all rooms is very low (we have raised our concern and tried to swap room and then we found out they wer pretty much the same); if you have long and thick hair be prepared for 45 mins of rinsing -valet parking only but parking fee was reasonable comparing to other hotels at same grade; please be generous and prepare tips for folks that are working 24/7 they’re super friendly

A nice newly hotel of the area. The only thing I wasn’t expected was the $27 parking fee per night. It is a good environment hotel with plenty of public space. Good for hang out, afternoon tea and happy hour drinking. The staffs are good but quite green. They would hold the customers check in for their routine briefing, and even ask me to come back half hour later until they finish their meeting first.

酒店新開業，附近是一個大公園。酒店停車30刀一個晚上。房間寬敞，設施舒適。一層公共空間很時尚，晚上有很多人聚在那裡。

房間乾淨，員工熱情，離一個mall很近，位置也不錯！ 雙床房的床很大。床的大小帶着孩子一起住很適合！ 大堂氛圍很好，院子也漂亮！離植物園很近，植物園景色很漂亮！
