We stayed here as a last minute holiday for 4 nights in June. The staff were so lovely and helpful! Especially the breakfast staff and reception staff. Lorna was so kind. The room was gorgeous. Such a beautiful view. We had the junior suite. It overlooked the pool. Bed was super comfy, and really quiet rooms, location was perfect! 20 mins walk to Fira. Lots of restaurants in imerovigli to choose from… we walked to oia one day which took 2 hours but was really enjoyable. Breakfast was really nice, and you could sit outside overlooking the sea, a good choice and very friendly and helpful staff. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to my friends also, thank you so much for making it a memorable stay

We had a wonderful stay at Pegasus! It’s hard to imagine a better experience than enjoying a room service dinner on your private balcony, watching the sun set over the breathtaking caldera, and then relaxing in your own outdoor hot tub. The location is perfect—secluded and peaceful, yet just a short walk to both Fira and Imerovigli. The staff, including Maria, John, and Cora, were amazing. They provided us with excellent local recommendations that we wouldn't have discovered on our own, and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The breakfast quality, options and quantity was very poor, most food tasted like second day food, not fresh at all. Room was ok, but the toilet had a very bad smell, we had to close our nose to get in even after room cleaning. There were ants and hair everywhere. We changed the hotel for the rest of the trip because we were not happy at all.

The hotel is supposed to be five star hotel. Unfortunstely it didn’t feel that a 5star hotel at all.
The bathroom smells so that it’s almost impossible to shower in it. The room was nice and beautiful.
The breakfast was prepared with a very low quality. In this case the quality was replaced with quantity, which made it even worse.
The service of the Greeks was very poor. Fortunately they had some Albanians helping them deliver even a good service.
Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel to another person.

Cannot say enough good things about this beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. We stayed for 5 nights, we had originally booked a junior suite with jacuzzi but upon arrival were informed that we had been upgraded to a honeymoon suite which just made our stay all the more perfect. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was included which was lovely and plenty of options, the property is spotless and our room was perfect, we had a fantastic stay. A short walk to the left from the hotel brings you to some lovely bars and restaurants with a beautiful view and to the right it is about a 15 minute walk down to Fira. Would highly recommend this hotel!
