Hotel Alhambra

Booked this hotel with breakfast and dinner knowing I'm not eating in the morning but possible to take a little sandwich outside alone with a coffee which was a nigh**are as staff make me feel as a thief when I'm trying to explain that I can't eat so early and I paid for so I'm entitled to take that but it was wasting time! Im travelling a lot to so many places and never had an issue with that ,i would perfectly understand if people are eating inside then taking also food outside. Went for lunch and paid for a bottle of wine which of course I couldn't drink it all so I'm taking nearly full bottle in my room for later with the glass but I was stopped and ask to leave the glass as im not allowed and I was offered a plastic cup instead which honestly I couldn't believe it!! Mornings was disaster as the cleaners working in pair were shouting, screaming which wake me up earlier then I wanted.im trying nicely to tell them to keep the voice down as in the night there is disco/party and i did not sleep much so im every day tired/zombi but I was told "listen lady,we are trying to make some money for living here" as this was depending on how much they scream and shout!!!The only good thing I have about its the lovely receptionist, brunette-little which have knowledge about customer service going extra mile to make everyone happy!I'm usually happy and never complain but this time I was dessapointed as you simply expect a bit more for a 4stars hotel! I won't go back ,neither I recommend this hotel!

We travelled here for a week with our 10 year old grandson! Now realising that it was off season through Love holidays the price was still £1086.00? This included breakfast and dinner! At dinner time the cokes water and coffee are extra? Approximately £3 each? There was definitely a language barrier with the staff knowing very little English! My bed was 8 inches from the bathroom door? There was no kettle in the room? The room was compact to say the least? The receptionist at 1 point was as helpful as a chocolate tea pot! Overall we were disappointed and we are no means difficult to please!

We really like our stay in the Alhambra hotel.the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast offers many options.

Room service is okay, reception is good and the open buffet is great. However rooms are basically divided by a single wall and all of the balconies are next to each other. If you want to jump into your neighbor's balcony, you could easily do that because basically you live together.

Nice hotel right on the main road, great for people watching, right in the middle, 10 - 15 minute walk to the train station, 5 minutes to the beach, plenty of shops around and a big carfour at the back, can be quite noisey in the night depending what sjde of the hotel you are on as they do have entertainment on each night outside which was very good, drink prices OK, food a bit repetitive if dining in, also typical of a lot of hotels in Spain, no kettles in the room, why, do like to have a nice cuppa on the balcony

The hotel is well located, surrounded by bars/ restaurants (Bali Fusion Mediterranean Restaurant is a must) and close to the beach. The hotel offers access to a beautiful ‘solarium’ with tiny Jacuzzi and two swimming pools. There is a quite equipped gym, very clean an air conditioned w/ bathroom and shower. Out stay included the Breakfast, which was a classic international breakfast with quite wide selection. The staff super friendly and totally recommended

We are so much disappointed from travigo as they put wrong information on there websites this hotel even not 1 start why they put 4 star as rooms are so dirty small and besd feels like you sleeping on ground staff not help ful at all if you request to change room or get some water they refused they saying go outside and get yourself and hotels always providing at least water for guest but not here i requested for refund they refused they said you have checked in you will not get refunded for remaining days but you can leave hotel earlier if wish absolutely joke will never recommend anyone

We went here and there was a fantastic band.. cocktails are great and we also ate here… excellent We returned a few nights later and there was another band that were not so good but the food was still great
