Great apartment overlooking the sea,all clean and tidy with plenty of room.Perfect location for the entertainment and shops.Staff very helpfull,especially young blond at reception,always happy and say hello.We booked direct and this meant that you get the safe for free,no charge.High floor,9,gives you a nicer view.

I booked a fairly last minute holiday here with my partner, we booked a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, from what I could tell all the apartments had a balcony and the higher up ones had verandas. Parking was on the road out the back so we had to get 2 lifts down to reception level which wasn't very well signposted when we arrived, making it a bit confusing. The hotel itself was clean and well presented, there is a well equipped gym next door which you can book at reception. The staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping came every other day which suited us fine. Very small kitchen facility within the apartment but we managed to cook meals a few days. Well equipped enough for what we needed. The pool was absolutely freezing but I put this down to the time of year, the pool bar also didn't serve any food. Nice seating area by the bar if you just want to chill out with a drink. The beds were the worst part, very much on the soft side and when pushed together for a double they would slide apart (me and my partner are used to sleeping close together/touching in some kind of way, so it felt a bit weird to be so far away lol). He actually slept on the sofa one night because he was struggling with his back in the bed. The TV had british channels which was a bonus because it rained one morning and we decided to have a night in one evening. The are is fab, full of Irish which we didn't quite expect but every one was friendly and we had a few good nights out. It was about a 15 minute taxi (10 euros) to Magaluf where we went for a day out. It was quieter there than Santa Ponsa! I would happily return here and stay at Sun Beach again (if they get better mattresses on the beds!).

Went here with my two sisters for one week. Too short Clean light lovely atmosphere staff especially Lady called Christena. at reception . would recommend this app suite

This was a lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. The location is very central to all the local bars and restaurants. The rooms are very large and we had a balcony facing the Main Street in Santa Ponsa. The rooms are spotless and ours was cleaned twice in 4 nights. We had an issue with a toilet which was fixed within hours (it would have been sooner if I wasn’t in the shower when they called to fix it first time). Overall, a lovely, clean, welcoming hotel in an ideal location. Would definitely return here.

Got back yesterday after a 3 night stay at sun beach. Apartment was modern and comfortable. We asked for daughters and granddaughters to be close to us and they were next door.Couldn't find any fault at all. Would definitely stay here again but perhaps in a higher level with a better view.

I wasn't expecting much as it was a very cheap break and some of the reviews were negative but although I wouldn't necessarily choose Santa Ponsa as a destination again (too Brits abroad), the Sun Beach apartments exceeded my expectations. We had a self catering studio without a balcony and it was large with a living room/kitchen area, bathroom and separate bedroom. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The shower was great and large too and the beds were really comfortable. The apartment had everything you needed really. We didn't cook in as it was cheap enough to eat but there was enough to make a decent meal for two in there should you wish. The pool was relatively small and freezing but the kids in the hotel enjoyed it and we sat round it a few times. The pool bar was sufficient and the lady who served was really friendly. In fact all of the staff here were really friendly and helpful. That is what really made it for us. Overall it was super clean and the 24hr reception serving drinks was helpful when we had to get up early for our transfer. If you do decide to go to Santa Ponsa, I'd really recommend trips to Palma and Port d’Andratx (they have regular buses that go from almost outside the hotel. When I come to Mallorca again, I'll definitely be staying in one of these areas instead as they were beautiful.

The apartments were very clean the sheets were changed twice in one week and the towels 3times. All the staff were very nice they couldn't do enough for you.I was traveling alone and the Jet2 ref Dana was really lovely and she used to come and check on me in the morning to see if I was okay because I have mobility problems. The resort is very quiet in March but it was lovely to walk around and the buses were very good to go to Palma and other places. I would definitely recommend it

This hotel was in a perfect spot,in the centre with all you needed on the doorstep.We were on the 9th floor with the most amazing views!Yes it takes 3 Lifts to get there,and we did get stuck in one on our arrival,but to be fair we had crammed ourselves in with our suitcases,we were rescued fairly quickly thanks to the hotel staff.We were given 2 apartments next door to each other so that was a bonus plus the rooms were modern well equipped for your needs plus a starter pack containing a scourer wash up cloth and small pouch of washing up liquid,very handy!We spent time at the pool and on occasion the staff at poolside bar came round with freshly baked pizza yummy and free.The beach is just across the street and all the bars cafes shops are on the doorstep..Great wee place to be and would definitely return to this area and hotel.
