This place is perfect for a relaxing and spacious stay in Santa Marta. I am relieved and so, so glad to have found this beautiful and quaint accommodation. Maria was perfect and the rest of the staff and security were extremely professional and very kind. The apar**ent is spacious, bed is comfortable, and the experience was simply unforgettable. I will be back and simply cannot wait!

It’s a boutique hotel so not expecting them to have everything a large hotel would have, but they charge you for room cleaning which I didn’t like.

Our stay has been excellent.
We couldn’t sleep the night before in another hotel and we choose this hotel because of its position which is a bit outside the noise of the disco and bars. The staff was super nice and they put us in a very comfortable situation.
Highly suggested if you want to stay out of the mess of Santa Marta!!

I LOVED my stay at El Cactus. The staff from every shift were very positive and attentive at all times. The property itself is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, and it is very peaceful. It is less than a 10-minute walk from the center where the bars and restaurants are located.

The hotel is pretty and up to date, but it's the staff that are truly outstanding. Extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you guys.
It seemed like most people had breakfast in their rooms, but take it on the upstairs terrace. Beautiful and peaceful way to start the day.
