No kettle, tea, coffee packs in room. But can try asking. Assisi is a worthwhile place to explore - take bus by buying from shop ( tobacconist?) 1.30 euro to go up to the top. Then explore various places as you go downhill.

Very nice place, close to the historical city of Assisi. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms, very comfortable. All essentials were present. Good food. Parking in front. Nice walkings around; stunning garden. The meeting rooms are quite good as well.

A stranger entered our room and attempted to rob us. My spouse was sleeping at the time but woke up to the sound of someone rifling through my bag and chased the thief off. Luckily nothing was stolen but we were shaken up quite a bit. If you have the misfortune to stay here, make sure your door is securely closed and note that there are NO security cameras in the halls. To add insult to injury, the hotel management initially didn't believe us. This incident marred our vacation and we won't return to Italy.

We didn’t get the perks even though I had a room upgrade they charged me to upgrade. But the room is clean and the breakfast is the best in Assisi!!

Hard beds, very hard pillows, hard receptionists and poor breakfasts. Don’t go here with a group! They aren’t customer friendly on any question. It was even hard to obtain 5 additional clothes hangers for shirts (we stayed 4 nights). They ran out of butter at breakfast one morning, another time there weren’t any clean coffee cups left. Only one receptionist was welcoming and she seemed fed up with the lack of organization.

The rooms are lovely, corporate but still very nice. Restaurant food is very good. Assissi is a bus tide away 1.60 each way from the shop next door. I think one receptionist took against me and wasn’t pleasant , but there’s always one!

Our tour group stayed one night at this hotel. I stayed in room 215. Bed was comfortable. There was an open closet with a safe. The mini-fridge is under the desk and was not stocked. The electrical outlets at the desk were not easy to access. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower head. There was a bidet next to the toilet. There was a towel warmer but no face cloths. The liquid soap and shampoo were in large refillable dispenser. The free wi-fi was easy to connect and it was fast enough for my needs. The breakfast buffet was typical of Italy hotels.
