Staying at the resort was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s hospitality was impeccable. The room was also spacious and clean.

The place is so nice and you can relax. Friendly Staff and always greeting you with a smile.. For sure i will be back again…

Excellent location on private beach. It has an amazing gym and is close to town.

My wife and I tried to call Jelly's Haven Resort multiple times several days in advance with either no one responding when the phone was picked up or we would get a busy signal. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely poor to the point where it wouldn't connect at all from the room. The TV cable signal was so bad that the shows and movies would flicker in & out, freeze on a scene, or completely go black. The AC unit was barely working and while the room was somewhat cool, it was still hot that I slept on top of the blanket. They don't have actual bedding for the beds; it's just a single thin bedsheet, might as well not have anything for all the good it was. The only good things were the scenery and the food.

Jelly's Haven continues to be a good value for visitors to Bantayan Island. The resort provides a great value for the money. It has an extremely friendly and accommodating staff, and good food offered through its restaurant. I recommend it.

Made us switch room in the middle of our trip. Lost my medication in the middle of my trip. No way to be contacted. I tried calling with phone number on Apple Maps. IT IS DISCONNECTED. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have medical problems. Food is okay. bring ant spray and mosquito repellent.

Low pressure/ habagat can’t stop us from falling in love this Resort in Santa Fe. Jelly’s Haven Resort is the most beautiful resort in town for me. And with it comes to Foods Omg! Sobrang sarap! And the servings? Ang dami! Hindi mo na kailangang lumabas to eat. It’s a one stop accommodation. You can also work out anytime you want!! Maganda ang gym nila and fully equipped.. They actually have alfresco bar, super comfy tumambay, refreshing and the drinks they are servings are all imported brands / kaya naman pala good quality ang lasa. “ you must try it! It’s very affordable. The staff were smiling all the times despite sa daming kumakain sa Resto nila, Kahit na mukhang pagod na sila. Friendly barista and good vibes lagi sa lugar na to. I will definitely comeback to Jelly’s Haven. Hopefully this time with sunshine na! Kudos to the owner- management & the team.

Love the location by the beach. The first day we checked in we had dinner here and the food was very good. Unfortunately for the free breakfast there’s only 3 choices. Not a bit of fruits and the orange juice they serve is from can/box. I wasn’t that bothered by that, I understand that maybe in an island is still hard to get certain stuff. There’s plenty of mango/banana around and coconut that’s pretty cheap and being a tropical island it might look better probably serving that for breakfast. The room is ok. Bed is pretty comfortable. Clean towels and clean room. Staff is really nice, welcoming and helpful. However I could be happy over all with everything if not for the very very very loud music they are playing outside by the beach. You cannot even talk to’ each other out there or take a phone call. Let’s not mention if you’re trying to read a book or take a nap 😅. I didn’t say anything since other people were on the beach so I thought they will like it. Anyway at some point I was alone and I finally asked if they could lower the volume, and finally have a few moments of peace. What I would love to suggest to the management is to start playing the music maybe around sunset when people are ready for a drink pre dinner. But before that I guess everyone will rather hear the sound of the waves of the ocean, or of you really want to play music maybe go for something softer and at a decent volume. Just saying.

I went here with a 'couple' friend. The room was good for 4. It was big and they had most of the amenities except for a door to separate the other part of the room and a good working wifi. The wifi only works outside the room. The staff was nice and accommodating though. The beachfront was quite dirty although it maybe because it rained the days before and most of the trash from the city got beached. My stay in jelly's was pleasant. It's very close to ogtong cave, ruins and camp sawi. Compared to resorts close to the center, the feel in this resort is more relaxed. There are bands playing on weekends by the beach. The room is not sound proof so bring your earbuds if the noise would bother you.

Our family enjoyed our stay from booking to leaving this resort. Staff are all very warm and nice in the making the best service. Kudos to Kuya Amboy who fetch us 4am and accomodate asap in our room. Kudos to all the restaurant staff as well. Definitely be back to this place. Not only the place itself but the PEOPLE. From me and my whole family, THANK YOU and we ENJOY our stay.
