Ulasan Reka Hotel Genting Highlands

The hotel service is not good. We wanted to cancel due to an urgent matter and requested a refund, but it was not granted. We had already submitted the required documents, yet we still couldn't get a refund. The processing time and the release of the results were also extremely slow.

We had to queue around 1 hour during check ins. Only 2 person at the front desk and they seems under pressure. But for the price and location, we're okay with that.

The room is not bad, spacious, clean. When checking in, the manager is lazy, and the prices are strange - in cash it is twice as expensive as online. The town itself is Chinese, a pleasant impression

The service quality is good, the aunt is enthusiastic, recommends the price, hopes we stay a few more nights, there are various types of restaurants, Chinese-run, supper until dawn, there are many domestic and Indian tourists, so we don’t care about the quality of the hotel! The environment is like living in a first-floor hotel in China, with someone washing dishes downstairs.

The location is really good, and there is food outside. It is very humid, and there is a strong smell of dampness. The ceiling is full of marks of water leakage.
