Good hotel, taste breakfast, clear rooms. Air conditioning may be better. We stay here with college, one room was cleary another one smells oversmoked.

Personally, I thought the breakfast was delicious.
The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient to take the bus. It's a bit of a walk from the subway station.

Parking: There are only three ground parking spaces at the entrance, and there are 50 parking spaces in the basement. The basement is dirty and has a pungent urine smell. The signage was unclear. After calling the front desk for guidance, I found the small door, walked through the cement steps, and found the elevator hall. It's very unscientific and unsafe. If a girl doesn't suggest it, boys will feel scared.
Facilities: In terms of decoration, both hardware and soft furnishings are consistent with Holiday Inn Express standards, but they are too old and the hotel has been in use for a long time.
Serve:
1. This is the most important thing that needs to be addressed. The three girls at the front desk have no professional ethics and no sense of responsibility. They checked out and left without a word of politeness or politeness when checking in. Hello. No goodbye after check out. Not even a greeting.
2. When ordering takeout, there was a robot at the front desk that was broken and could not be used.
I put the items on the takeout counter at the front desk and took them away without confirming. Even someone else picked up the wrong meal for me, and the delivery guy communicated with the front desk, but he couldn't figure it out and couldn't find who took it. The service is okay. It's just a distance from the subway station. It was very hot in Changsha in those days. I had to take a taxi when I went out. I made a reservation on Ctrip using an upgrade coupon and a late check-out coupon. When I arrived at the hotel, I was not upgraded, and IHG members were not informed of the relevant rights and interests when I checked in. When I arrived at the room, I found it was a standard room type and asked the counter if there was an upgrade. The counter replied I didn't see Ctrip's remarks, so they gave us a new room, 1209, in the side room. I didn't think it was particularly big, so I thought it would be okay if we only stayed for one night.
At 12:20 noon the next day, during a video conference in the room, the receptionist called us to ask if we wanted to check out or extend our stay. We also asked what time we would check out. I couldn’t understand why we still needed to check out during our stay after using the extended checkout coupon. Why bother by calling? ! I wonder if there is no communication between Ctrip and the hotel, so the receptionist is in trouble. Won't stay here again.
