Excelente hotel, ubicación en pequeña cala privada y zona muy tranquila. Sin niños y todas las habitaciones de lujo sin faltar detalle. Cafetera nespresso con 4 cápsulas por noche, una botella grande agua y variedad de infusiones. Puedes elegir el tipo de almohada y el desayuno con gran variedad y productos de calidad. Personal muy amable, totalmente recomendable

Following our first visit in October 2023 we decided to return for a short break a year later. We arrived slightly later in October and both the resort of Santa Eulalia and the hotel were noticeably quieter as they were winding down for the season. As this was our return visit and both times we'd booked directly with the hotel we were rewarded with an upgrade to a deluxe suite which was fantastic - extremely spacious with 2 balconies and a separate living area with full size dining table. There is not much to add from our previous review, we found this to be a fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, a great location (it feels secluded but is actually minutes from the marina) and a comfortable spacious room/suite with great sea views. We had another enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent hotel. Would describe as 5 star. All rooms are suites and was pleasantly upgraded to a larger suite on arrival. Oct temperate is still lovely and warm. Breakfast is very good. Yoga places and town with lots of high quality restaurants within 10-15m walk. Would come back. Great customer service too. The negative review on this page was misplaced. That relates to the hotel next door - it bears a similar name as it’s the more affordable sister hotel.

A really excellent hotel on a beautiful peaceful spot at the sea. The rooms, beds, shower: great! The breakfast is the best we ever had: superb. Service also excellent, the team is great and always want to help you in any way. Good restaurant nearby. Only WiFi isn't great but that didn't bother us much. We will definitely come back next year.

Surpassed our expectations! This hotel in my opinion is a 5 star hotel - not 4 as advertised. The moment you arrive, you will realise you have made the best choice! The location is unbelievable - you are right on the sea front which means you’ll have fantastic views. There is also a nearby marina with many wonderful restaurants. Playa den Bossa is 20mins by car, and there are many other lovely places to visit nearby. We hire a car from Autos Mari which id highly recommend if you want to explore and soak up all that this island has to offer - it is far far far more than just nightclubs and playa d’en Bossa. All the staff are very well trained and extremely friendly. We feel like we have made friends with them all - Monica, Jennifer, Adrian, Alex and Mr night shift from NZ whose name I didn’t get (mainly because we only saw him between 1-5am when strolling back in from the nightclubs) who all went above and beyond to make our experience extra special and catered to all our unusual requests, plus the restaurant staff are all so lovely! 4 nights wasn’t enough this time, so we have booked to come back in 10 months for 10 more nights of pure magic at this hotel on this special island! Been coming to this hotel for the last 4 years at the same time and it never fails to disappoint. So thank you again for another year of wonderful memories and service. I just wish I could come back right now and another ten nights with you !! Love this place
