Hotel E Central Villa Clara

We were with a group of 24 turist from Austria for one night there in February 2024. At arriving looked quite impressive, nice but that was all. Lady at the lobby was incompetent, waiters mostly young , unmotivated, lazy and unfriendly. We sat 6 at a table and they could offer one bottle of red wine ( they had only one in the whole bar!). As we left a bit earlier as the other members from the table we payed all that was consumed ab 3000 Pesos , when the others left they were charged thr same amount! So we payed twice for the wine( no memey back)! There was only cold water for shower in the morning and evening as well. No internet working. In the morning we were woken up by the incredible noise made by the personnel cleaning and working around. Impossible to sleep after 06;00 in the morning, not only for us but the other members of the group as well. Never again ! Awful and disappointing!

Came in on the fly after asking the the taxi driver to drop me off at Parque Vidal from the bus station. I was greeted warmly and was offered a suite at a very choice rate. I soon jumped at the chance and found myself in a spacious and well done up - high ceiling room. The hotel is tops in town and as central as can be. A bar and a kitchen are on site. A pleasure to sit on the front terrace looking towards the central park. Great staff but I did not want to buy cigars offered at the bar. No regrets!

Me encantó la arquitectura del hotel y la gente y su servicio es excepcional. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Resaltó el servicio de Diego. Muy atento !

La atención muy profesional ,es un lugar maravilloso para compartir con nuestros seres queridos , allí se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad , en su tienda puedes obtener los mejores productos para la belleza y demás , es mi lugar preferido y siempre lo visitaré por su calidad y respeto con los clientes , me siento complacida con todas las atenciones ,

El servicio en general fue excelente y los trabajadores siempre atentos; Hander, el bartender, hace unos cócteles exquisitos de acuerdo con la opinión de mis clientes. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y limpias. Fue una gran experiencia para el grupo. Gracias.

Dans le cadre d'un circuit organisé... nous avons découvert cet hôtel à l'extérieur charmant... voire tentant... Mais... La suite c'est autre chose : On nous dit pas d'ascenseur : mon épouse qui marche avec deux cannes serait bien passé du grand escalier pour accéder à notre chambre... Mais pas d'ascenseur c'est faux : il faut aller au fond du hall pour voir que l'ascenseur existe, qu'il est moderne mais qu'il est en panne... par chance nous pourrons dîner dans notre chambre... pour éviter ce terrible et joli escalier. Le lendemain matin l'eau chaude est en grève ; nous nous lavons à l'eau à peine tiède (et encore...) de toute façon il n'y a que deux serviettes dans la salle de bains et quand j'en demande une de plus on me dit "non, désolé on n'en a déjà pas beaucoup..." ; la splendide machine genre nespresso trône sur une table, mais il n'y a ni dosette ni sucre... Lorsque je descends pour le petit déjeuner : 1 bon café, 2 belles tartines et une petite noisette de beurre... Je redemande un petit peu de beurre pour finir mon pain ... Le serveur me dit qu'il y aura un supplément... Je rigole franchement en lui demandant s'il parle sérieusement pour 1 ou 2 minuscules noisettes de beurre... Que j'ai fini par obtenir gratis ! Point positif : une gentille serveuse m'aide à monter une tasse de café et un peu de pain jusqu'à notre chambre, pour économiser une descente d'escalier à mon épouse... Mais je précise qu'il n' y avait pas de thé dans cet Hôtel... Et que, pour toutes les raisons invoquées plus haut je ne recommande pas...

Cuando llegas el que te atiende es el del servicio de seguridad y hay que hacerle seña para que locarize al dependiente. Servicio en la cafetería sin cervilletas tienes que pedirlas para que las pongan y para picar, en ves de ponerte cubiertos te ponen parillos para limpiar los dientes. Deben de tener más cuidado al servicio de los clientes.

Lugar bonito para pasar una tarde entre amigos!! Esta céntrico al aire libre, el ambiente es agradable y se puede ir en cualquier ocasión y conversar de cual que tema. Me gusto mucho. Hay varias opciones desde café haya picadera, se pasa bien
