Ulasan Hotel Zessa Orange County Airport, a DoubleTree by Hilton

The front desk staffs are all with a blank face, they are professional and done what they supposed to do but you do not feel welcome there. I booked a two beds room, checked in and they told me it is fully booked, I cannot have one until the next day. They gave me 2 days complimentary parking because of that. The room, OMG, I found hairs everywhere on the carpet. You might not notice it if you do not do Yoga on the floor. Their swimming pool was not available to use at the time, you need to go to the hotel next door if you want to swim.

附近餐廳或快餐店很多，店內沒有洗衣機或乾衣機可用，需要出門才能洗衣服。 停車費需要另外支付34美元/天，跟台灣不一樣，停車與住宿都含在內，可能美國消費型態不一樣吧

基本符合這個酒店的招牌，沒有什麼驚喜也沒有什麼失望的地方。 酒店一樓有一個酒吧，晚上會有營業，不過對酒店不造成影響，可以忽視。

房間有很大的流水聲，隔壁房間洗漱的聲音聽的也很清晰。走廊外部的走路聲音也可以聽的很清晰。對方與攜程的合作必須由下訂單的人親自與攜程聯繫才行。

故意多刷客户預授權，溝通N次無果，大家不要定這個酒店。坑

チェックイン時、フロントの女性が笑顔なし、ホスピタリティ一切なく、気分害しました。 部屋はバスタブありでよかったですが、フロントの対応のみひっかかりました。
