Clean , great location , noise prof window if anything that may need attention is the towel ( shower ) old ones

Old towels too old bar are falling apart.. the bed was to small..over all.. hotel need a serious upgrade..not recommended

Very clean, everyone is very nice we have been staying here every time I come to El Salvador. The only thing I don’t like that much is that at breakfast you serve almost the same thing every morning, but the food is good. Love your cleaning Lady Norma and all the staff ❤️

Se stayed for two nights. The breakfast was good. The towels were very old and the sheets had stains on it. The hotel does not offer much information about things to do around the city for foreigners like us. The tap water is not drinkable, but they have no signs about it and no one in the staff warned us

Oberall good option fro the cost. They are understaffed fro breakfast personnel.

Close to restaurants, shopping malls, thou rooms needs to be updated.

The stay was ok..the only issue that i would like to complain is that I request an iron the day i got to the Hotel. The Hotel was not full at all and I got the iron until the following day late afternoon, it was not helpfull.

The day we checked in was horrible. We arrived and the front desk told us told us they did not have our reservation in their system. I showed them the email with the confirmation but still i was told they did not have it. After a long time waiting we were given only for ten days and i was told they could probably put us in another hotel and leaving us with one night without room or in the same hotel but at a smaller room. A few days later someone was able to give us the rest of the nights we had originally reserved.

I like this place it's pretty quiet safe and very convenience. is 5 to10 minutes away from everything very close to the city of San Salvador

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was polite. They have a very good buffet, and I enjoyed their tomato sauce. Try it if you stay there. After breakfast, I liked to go and sit at their patio by the swimming pool. The area was well maintained and clean. The front desk staff was polite. The porter-Security person was very polite and friendly. I slept all night without any disturbance during my stay at this hotel.
