Menginap dengan sangat menyenangkan. Kamar kami bersih dan cukup besar menurut standar London. Staf hotelnya ramah, selalu membantu dan tersenyum. Tidak sabar untuk menginap lagi.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton London Paddington. Convenient location and comfortable room. Had an enjoyable stay here.

The location is just next to Paddington Station. The ambience is rather old. Although there is a lift, I have to take a few steps in the corridor before getting into the room. Not convenient for taking a large luggage.

I've fallen in love with the Hilton Hotel Paddington for a few compelling reasons. Firstly, its central location is unbeatable – it's directly adjacent to Paddington Station, with easy access to the Heathrow Express and Elizabeth Line. The 15-minute journey to the airport is a game-changer, and the hotel's side entrance, which links directly to the station, is highly convenient. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which featured a wide spread of food and fruits. And let's not forget the comfy bed – it was pure bliss! The customer service was top-notch, especially from Daniela at the Front Desk, who was very helpful. However, I did experience some issues with Housekeeping during my five-night stay. On the third day, I removed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, but when I returned between 3 and 4 pm, Housekeeping had not cleaned my room. The staff eventually came around 5 pm, but by then, I had settled in for the day. It seemed like they were understaffed, which was a bit disappointing given the hotel's otherwise excellent service and amenities.

The staff were really helpful. Breakfast was great and being so close to Paddington Station for an early departure what’s a perfect fit. Zero stress. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed 3 nights. If I have to sign praises, it is the location. Hotels are a bit outdated, though. Will stay again for the location.

The hotel location was superb. The room was spacious. The A/C was a bit noisy and made the room very dry. We needed to turn it off at the middle of the night so as to get some sleep.

Hilton London Paddington is a popular choice for its convenient location near Paddington Station. It's a great option if you want to easily explore London by train. The hotel's classic architecture is also a highlight, making it a photo-worthy spot. The hotel's reception and concierge are known for their excellent service, keep up the good job! Looking forward to stay in Hilton London Paddington for my coming trip in Oct.

I booked a stay at Hilton London Paddington for March 2025, but due to a major power outage and airport closure in London, my flight was cancelled and I could not travel to the UK at all. I immediately contacted Hilton and Trip.com to request a refund. Initially, I was told that the refund was possible and being processed, but days later, the hotel reversed that decision, falsely stating I had already checked in — which is completely untrue. I emailed the hotel multiple times, and also contacted Hilton’s corporate customer service. It has now been a week and I still haven't received any reply from the hotel. This is not the level of service I expect from a Hilton property. Charging for a stay that was never used due to a force majeure event, and then refusing to respond to emails or provide assistance, is unacceptable. I will never book this hotel again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

The hotel is linked to the paddington station so you don’t need to go outside that’s so convenient and good location. There are many way and easy to access the public transportation.

Mahnoud at the front desk was excellent; he understood our situation and offered to check us in when we arrived early. Much appreciated! If you are commuting via Paddington station, this is the best place to stay for convenience. However, it’s weird that no bedroom slippers were provided in the room and the mini fridge has been removed too.

Bad experience, I lost my belongings in hotel room, some cleaning staff opened my baggage and I lost golden coins, I have to tell the hotel to only fill towels and clean rubbish bin, but somehow they clean up all room, and opened my baggage.....
