Best place to stay in dubai Peace atmosphere Well trained and professional staff mainly the guest service team

Estay Hotel is one of the underrated hotels in Dubai. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. The amenities are nice and we are so happy that they opened a convenience store inside the campus. I also want to commend the staff; Haidy and Ashitha from the reception, Om and Sonam from housekeeping, and especially Mostafa from the management. They're making sure that we are taken care of, happy and satisfied during our stay. Their smiles definitely give good vibes. 😉🥳

I booked double bed, they give me two small single bed. You can’t chang your room. It hasn’t any restaurant near here. If you booked on app. They will ask you for 10 aed extra.even you order food on app it will be waiting for long time.

Just wrapping up a weekend here. Im a bit disappointed with the service as there was a party with food buffet and Karaoke right next to my room in the commons area on the 3rd floor. Initially, around 8pm, when I called down to reception to ask when the party would end they told me it would be about 20 minutes and they offered me to change rooms. Not to UPGRADE a room. No. They wanted me to pack all of me and my girlfriends belongings and change to another room...and then unpack again. As if thats not an inconvenience. They also said that the party would end in 20 minutes...That didnt happen and it seemed as if the party, even though they were asked to keep quiet, didnt care at all. Come to find out these people partying had booked 10 rooms here and felt that they owned the place. Judging by how things were handled tonight it definitely looked like they did. Estay Inn is located within a LARGE campus. There are different areas for sporting activities, lounges, eating and shopping. But this Sunday night, EStay though it would be okay to for their patrons to have a private party in the commons area... Doesnt make much sense. Typically i'd give these guys 5 stars for their facilities and service. But tonight, as the party rages on, Estay needs to figure out a different area on campus for fiestas and/or figure out how to service the people who weren't invited and have to deal with the noise.

So many good things to say about my time here at Estay. I think the first thing, you notice in contrast to the really crowded & touristy areas of Dubai, is the peace, quiet and tranquility you experience here. Not only are the rooms well designed and appointed with refrigerators and showers with warm water. There is also a huge gym. Not just a gym with weights and cardio machines, but an indoor & outdoor basketball gym in addition to a HUGE private pool. If you a craving for a snack there is also a convenient store on campus. Everyone from management, recepiton, security and room service are nothing short of exceptional. They greet you with smiles and sincerity to ensure that your stay at Estay is comfortable. Namely Mostafa from management, Haidy from reception and especially Om Kumar from room service. They are indeed ROCKSTARS.

Bad experience! No service at all, no clean place, 14 days without tv and internet connection. Staff without uniform, restaurant that is Cafeteria no ....restaurant! Don't loose the money.

Very far from city centre! Place has tons of mosquito inside the lobby and room. Staff aren’t friendly at all, they were very rude!
