The pool was closed under construction, and every day the entire lobby was taken up by construction, and the strong smell of chemicals that even found their way to make it to the third-floor. It’s about 30 to 40 minutes to Zona Rosa by taxi during rush-hour and about 15 to 20 minutes during off peak times. The staff were incredible. Especially Elmer who is now my homie. He made it special for me

Bad attention at reception, rooms without a dryer or safe, they did not have kleenex. No pool towels. Unheated pool slow food service
