I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is clean, has all the necessary amenities, and is in a great location- walkable distance to maintain sightseeings! The breakfast was also terrific, many foods to choose from.

Conveniently located. But car parks options are away n English explanation not easily understood. Hv a wide varieties of amenties to choose from.

Good location with shopping arcade right next to it! Lots of good shops like Mister Donut, Gindaco. Walking distance to most attractions like Kumamoto Castle and famous ramen. Great variety of self-pick up amenities (toothbrush, cleanser, body sponge, comb, tea, coffee etc.) and special request amenities like hair curler, latex pillow, power bank, shoe dryer and many more! Easy digital self-check-in with staff assistance. Good breakfast variety and clean environment. Luggage storage with front desk is also easy! Parking guidance brochure available. Free cheese grain snack upon check-in. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here!

This hotel is great for the price and is right next to the main shopping area. There’s even a mall across the street. The rooms are new and clean, and they offer free stuff in the lobby, like masks and bath salts, which surprised me. Breakfast is included with my discounted package from Ctrip, and it’s really good. I liked the ramen and the smooth scrambled eggs. Even though there’s no public bath, the value for the price is very good.

The room was spacious, able to open two big luggage easily. Had a comfortable sleep but the toilet has some drain smell which can be smelly at times. Overall, will return back again as it is good value for money.

Cleanliness 🫧 4/5; - absolutely fine room, clean bathroom and bed linens, carpet has seen better days but not terrible! Location📍 5/5; - 5 min walk from train station and located next to loads of restaurants and malls! - We needed 24hr parking for our bike and it was super close and cheap Service 🛎️ 5/5; - Check in was self service but staff were super friendly and more than happy to help! Amenities ☕️ 5/5; - Really nice free toiletries and bits and bobs for the room available at front desk (face wash, lotion, face masks, coffee packs, razors etc) - lots of choice for buffet breakfast
