Fantastic location, services and employees are very accomodating. One Filipino receptionist she is very helpful. Walking distance to a Kyoto Station and Mall connected to the Avanti Mall.. Highly recomemded.

This hotel is right across Kyoto JR station, breakfast are great!

Quick check in and check out Conveniently located near the station Their basement floor is connected to the shopping centre next to it, and the passage to the subway Very helpful staff too However, the lift does not require any tapping of the room key so that means everyone can take the lift up to guest rooms - security issue?

The place and hotel room cleanses is good. But 6th floor rooms are can hear sound or talking voices from the room. It's not good.  I am planning to stay in this hotel every month for business trip. If possible, i wish to get the room 10,11,12,13 floors.

The location is good. The single room is small but ok, got everything you need. The staff who worked there who helped me check in just ignored me first, helped the person came later than me. I don’t know why, but not very happy with this.

Hotel was standard hotel but the room size was big compared to other hotels in Japan. Smooth check in and check out. Location was very very close to Kyoto Station which was great when you have to go the airport the next day ;) Also just next to the hotel was bus stop or you can use Haruka for the airport bound.

The power socket cannot turn on our hairdryer. The air conditioner is noisy. I can hear the vibration of the blower. However the breakfast is good.

My 11th stay in this hotel.   Love the location and the service they provided.     Special thanks to Mr Yasuda San for the extra efforts the he has  put in to solve my room issues when checking in.   Will definitely be back next year again.

The room is clean, neat. The housemaid was very good in the cleaning. They have a liming of cleaning, if missed that, that day would not expect a cleaning service. The hotel provides good choices of toiletries. The location is convenient, just opposite the train station. The breakfast spread has no vegetarian option, so I did not take the breakfast provided by the hotel.
