We have stayed at Cordevalle at least 4 times in the last year or so as solo, couple and families. I look forward to each stay with great anticipation and it never disappoints. Everything from the view, the amenities, the food at OIB, the tennis court, to all the staff has been a delight. It is only 35 mins from the South Bay, but is such a wonderful sanctuary for rest and recharge. As part of the Amex FHR program, it always honors the FHR benefits eg upgrades, late checkout, hotel credits etc just to make the stay a notch more enjoyable.

Fantastic in every way. Great healthy or fine dining, pool, spa, hiking and rooms. There are three great dining options on weekends. Two on weekdays. There is something for everyone here. The staff are the biggest asset. Highly recommend and will return soon.

Amazing property and wonderful staff with genuine service. We come a couple times a year from Monterey and it always feels like a true vacation. A perfect way to decompress and rejuvenate before the next work week begins. Love the binoculars in the rooms too. Sitting on the patio with a glass of wine scoping out the abundant wildlife never gets old. It’s a special place and the leadership has obviously done a wonderful job instilling the personalized sense of service you see from every staff member to make it so. Thank you everyone, for making my wife’s birthday so special on this recent visit.

Thrilled with the updated renovations. The bungalow looked beautiful inside and the amenities like the nook with the under counter refrigerator / bar counter when you walk in, fireplace and flat screen tv, bookshelves and comfy chairs are a welcome treat. Loved the new color scheme. Blue is my favorite! The mattress was excellent. Slept really well. Lighting was excellent. The bathroom with everything modernized and redone was divine - they REALLY did an excellent job. And of course the golf course views with the mountains in the background are so lovely. Service from everyone at Cordevalle from the man at the guard shack who definitely makes sure that nobody enters without a reservation, to the valet parkers by the circular entry of the hotel, to the front desk, to the Manager, to the Iron Bar restaurant staff throughout the stay were all incredibly welcoming, polite, helpful and gracious. Housekeeping all did an immaculate job. Very much look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Idyllic, tranquil escape! The moment you drive up the hill to the secluded property, you know you have left the outside world behind. Gorgeous setting, beautiful facilities and attentive, friendly staff....I will emphasize that again — amazing group of people making sure you have the best stay possible. We recently stayed at Cordevalle for a three night stay and were blown away by the staff professionalism, accommodations, views and facilities! Cordevalle is private, discreet and conveniently located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains. The website images and photos don't do justice to the suites, bungalows or villa homes. The bungalow photos on the website looked great, but to our surprise they were even better in person with goose-down comforters, original artwork, a stone fireplace and a Nespresso machine. There was an open-air patio with a superb views of the golf course and a spacious bathroom with a roll-in shower. To our delight, was an outdoor shower and a private jacuzzi! They had thought of absolutely everything! My husband is handicapped so we worked with Talia to make sure everything would be accessible for him. Talia was extremely detailed and thorough in making sure everything was just right for him! Christian, our golf cart driver, was very timely and pleasant. We highly recommend a stay at Cordevalle! What a special treat and memory for our family.

This place exceeded our expectations…this is truly a 5-star resort. Think Montage and Four Seasons. The website pictures do not do the rooms justice. We learned that they’ve been remodeling the rooms and they are really gorgeous. We’re remodeling our home and took pictures of the bathroom for our Designer to consider. Really love the layout and that there is a door that actually separates the bathroom and not just the toilet. I really hate hotels that take the open concept too far and have an open bathroom. We had a private patio with a view of the mountains and golf course but there was a well placed privacy fence from the course. It’s very peaceful and quiet and we slept like babies in the premium bed linen. The best part is the service. It was on point, if we called down for a cart for a shuttle, the door was held open when we arrived. Love the pool, it’s family friendly and well placed in the sun. They have a private membership and we were actually considering it and we live 2.5hrs away! Last but not least the food is sooo good from the restaurants to the in-room dining, there was nothing that disappointed. If there was one change, it would be that room service was delivered on real plates instead of delivery boxes. This could be because of Covid but it took away from the luxury experience a smidge. Highly recommend to anyone traveling in the South Bay Area.
