WE had reserved at the Villa but when we arrived the person told us we had no reservation and that the owner was un'available. There was a wedding party that had occupied all the rooms. WE were forced to go elseware for sleeping .I contacted the owner and he refused to explain the situation and would not refund our payment . I find his refusal and his inability to correct the disaster unacceptable . But I would not recommend this B/B also because there is a different sign at the entrance of the Villa and the true color of the Structures are not what you see when you finally find this place .I think anyone who attempts to go there will have problems.

Our room was large and airy with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a couch and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was served in the garden and provided bread, salami, cheese, tomatoes and fruit. There were a number of condiments, cakes sweets and the hosts served tea and coffee. There is no parking free in the narrow street and limited parking on site so you leave your car keys out so cars can be moved. There is access to the kitchen for tea and coffee making and bottled water is provided. The hosts are genial and the stay was good value. The nearest restaurant was ten minutes walk away but had great Italian food and service.

Couldn't fault this place. Friendly people, good sized room, well decorated, superb breakfast in courtyard. A great place to stay in San Leone, where you can walk down to sea front for restaurants and only a 5 minute drive upto Agrigento temples.

Nice room with big balcony. Beautiful and full of feeling in the building. Lando was so helpful! Delicious breakfast with local food. Very pleasant visit!

Most gracious hosts. Homemade amazing breakfasts. Clean. Older property but well cared for with character and charm. Gated property with secure parking. Stocked fridge on honor system. Short walk to waterfront and multiple dining alternatives. Eight minute drive to Valley of the Temples

We stayed here for just one night. The proprietors were fantastic & welcoming. They communicated with us in advance about parking g, arrival time, etc. The breakfast was a highlight -homemade bread still warm, homemade marmalade, fresh fruits, and an assor**ent of pastries, meats, etc. just exceptional. The 5 minute walk to the water and restaurant s was easy. The room was reasonably spacious and comfortable. The bed not as deep as I like and a rather small tv.
