Overall a very pleasant stay with friendly and attentive staff. Parking lot was a huge help.

The area was amazing so close to everything in Old San Juan. The people restaurants shops in the area are open until late on the weekend. The staff here are awesome very helpful, caring, and kind. I would stay here again and again. Miguel was great!

The staff was supper friendly. Parking was very convenient and the place was clean. Only down side was I originally booked for 5 people and our room was too small with only 1 bathroom.

Perfect location in a quite neighborhood. People were so welcoming & the communication was beyond amazing! Any questions we had were answered within seconds even at 1 in the morning. This is a property in a historical town so if you’re expecting luxury check in at the hilton this was a beautiful place that made us feel part of the Puerto Rican culture. Front desk staff i cannot complement enough! Really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this property to friends & family.

Property did not match the photos. There was no hot water. We were told not to flush toilet tissue. We had to put them in the bag even if you poop. The front desk person was rude. Unacceptable! Especially for the price they charged.
