酒店很貴，我們訂的時候差不多3000人民幣一晚。打掃房間很敷衍，有一天叫了服務員幾回都沒人打掃衞生。早餐很差，和國內五星差了幾個級別，早餐也就國內三星快捷酒店的水平。空調外機是在室內的，非常吵，需要關了一晚上才能睡覺。非常一般的住宿體驗。不要被凱悦這個品牌給矇蔽了雙眼。

這家酒店問題真的很大。1. 酒店房間內很潮濕，不如前一晚同價位酒店。2. 晚上去大堂吧枱調酒師態度很差，不願意與我們溝通，和一旁的人聊天二十分鐘也不給我們點單，催促幾次無效後我們選擇離開去別家喝酒。3. 連續住了兩晚，第一天保潔員在打掃房間後忘記關門。我們遊玩回房間時發現門是虛掩的，雖然我願意相信這是偶然現象，但這錯誤也太低級了！！沒丟東西是萬幸。總的來説這個酒店管理問題非常大，希望能好好改進不要壞了Hyatt的名聲。

The hotel charged me $20/day for parking. This is inappropriate because this property is not located in the downtown area, Had I known there is a separate fee for parking, I would have looked for other options. I believe this is a trick the hotels are playing to milk customers. ******* should alert it's members that there will be an addtional fee for parking.

The property was fine. The staff was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very professional. When I return I will stay there again. The shuttle bus was a nice surprise.

The beds feel great. Rooms are spacious complete with sitting area. Shower area is large. However the water pressure is low. Although that wasn’t a huge issue. Just be mindful. Also, pets stay at this hotel so you may see pet hair. I travel with wipes to wipe areas down especially the bathroom. Be prepared. That’s the reason for 4 stars with cleanliness.

Pool is amazing for kids, breakfast was great and included, dinner time menu not the best but a lot of options nearby. Shuttle to Old San Juan and TMobile district.
