誒呦我的天，好小的房間，乾淨是乾淨，感覺衞生間反而比卧室要大。。。噪音較多，沒有早餐，早上似乎衹能去酒店右側的麪包店，其它大街上的中國餐飲店幾乎都沒開

Everything was good, front desk was very helpful and it’s 24/7, also makes alone travelers feel safe! Location is nice too, can easily walk to the union square and china town.

Room smells bad, carpet is dirty. You would actually hear the foot sounds made by the occupants next to your room. No ref nor microwave in the room. Elevator is somewhat outdated and makes a lot of noise and irking sounds. The only good thing about the place is it's proximity to the downtown center. Macy's, Tj Maxx, Marshall and Ross are just a walk away. Find the place safe though. No homeless people around.

Great location ! You drive through the pailou (chinese gate) and you are at the hotel.
You're in San Francisco, so you're on a hill. However, they have an unloading space in front of the hotel. After that you're on your own for parking. They do offer a very secure parking lot service a couple blocks away...take it. It's worth it not to have to deal with finding a street location.
Hard bed. Amenities are minimal, but with a Starbucks at every corner, who needs a coffee pot.
Super clean. Friendly staff.

Staff were friendly, location was great but the rooms were not ideal. Beds were rock hard, the one window in our room was frosted and let in no light so the room was very dark. Also could hear noise coming from surrounding rooms and the hallway

Right in the middle of Chinatown, this 2 star hotel has basic rooms but the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
