Hotel Billuri Sitora

Have nothing to say negatively about this place. Could not have been cleaner. The owner /manger and his family were super friendly. Location is good and I received spot on advice regarding the attractions in Samarkand.

This was a pleasant stay in Samarkand. The room with bathroom was very clean and had all facilities. mattress a little hard. Breakfast had a very good selection of local produce. The staff were not always as friendly as I would have liked but warmed up as our stay progressed and obviously language is a barrier. The location is a little out of town but can be accessed by the tram, taxi and by walking from chorsu market in 20 minutes. A good choice

Hotel is very nice with an included breakfast that has many choices. Owner is on site to take care of mostly everything you need. Rooms are nice, hotel is set a block back from the main road so easy access to all of the sites by walking or cheap taxi. Nice courtyard to relax.

Located 2.3 kilometres from Regastan Square which was a 10000 Som taxi ride away. The clean rooms had a firm bed and spotless bathroom. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Black and green tea available in room. Thanks for the vote, if you found this review helpful.

Great hotel, with friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. It's also conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions.

This isn't a regular kind of review because within a few hours of checking in we came down with food poisoning from our previous stop and spent most of the two nights we were there in our beds or in the ensuite emitting various nasties. Bonus points for the handbasin being close enough to the toilet to use both at the same time (if you get my meaning) and a lovely hot shower with good water pressure. We requested extra blankets the first night as the covers were quite thin and I think we had chills from a fever. We also had an a/c unit in our room. The staff were helpful but not super friendly. We were with a tour group and some people didn't have hot showers or facilities such as a kettle in their rooms and most of us were sick. I went to breakfast one morning but didn't eat anything so can't rate the food. In an ok location on a quiet street one block back from the main road and about half an hour slow walk to the Registan (one of us ventured out eventually).

I stayed here for two nights in September 2022 and was pleased with everything the hotel offered. The rooms were clean, had all amenities you might need and comfortable beds. The lobby and entirety of the hotel were all very well kept and the courtyard was very peaceful and enjoyable for breakfast. The breakfast buffet included a selection of warm sweet and savory treats, fruits and cheeses/meats - a little something for everyone. The staff were super friendly and willing to help with booking taxis, travel advise and generally chatty, making your stay feel homey. Overall, great experience and stay.

Not being able to write a review without registering on sites, I'd like to thank @hotelbillurisitora for all the kind help in solving issues and organizing transfers and great trips, during my stay. The hotel is situated in a strategic position, in a walking distance from Registan and all the monuments. In this family run structure, you can find a warm and welcoming atmosphere and in particular Samandar is always up with a proposal for solving any issue may occur. It's in a quiet secondary street, and it's ideal for couples and families. English, French and Russian spoken.

Good house keeping, friendly staff, breakfast with wide choices, convenient for visiting tour spots and shopping. no elevator.
