Stayed here with my husband for 3 nites, hotel in good location, rooms a decent size, don’t know if we picked wrong weekend but the hotel was full of Spanish we stayed full board but trying to get something to eat was a challenge the clientele had no manners, trying to see evening entertainment was a joke all tables n chairs took up by Spanish people not even looking or listening to entertainment just playing cards. The hotel and some staff were really nice but if your not Spanish choose different hotel.

After reading lots of good reviews on this hotel thought this is the one for us The hotel is in a great location but my first impression walking in I wasn't impressed Rooms are your normal type of rooms but single beds would have allowed big families all to have own bed The breakfast was let's say for starters like a cattle market not enough staff on to clear tables quick enough if your lucky to find a table Glasses are dirty bowls dirty And the bacon swimming in grease Heard people saying omelette under cooked burgers at night raw One of the toasters you need to put your bread in 4 times to look like toast I've stayed in hotels in Salou were the breakfast choice was far better Dinner much the same under cooked food feel the staff don't really care lack of free tables yet again and crammed close together Entertainment again I've seen better but gaga makes up for that he is great The bar staff all lovely and friendly The pool side and bar area no waiter service plates cups etc sitting around all day I've seen stuff sitting in the sun beds two days in on same sun bed a babies dummy and a spoon not lifted The hot tub broken and set of pool steps faulty All in all I won't return to this hotel or recommend it

Gaga our entertainer was so lovely, warm and inclusive with everyone, also a great dancer, we loved him. The bar staff really make your holiday, they are so welcoming and friendly, David and the team are amazing, always smiling and nothing is to much trouble. Totally enjoyed our 10 days despite the dull weather. Rooms cleaned every day and very comfy beds.

This was our first visit to Salou, and what a lovely resort, so clean and pretty with tree lined streets. The hotel was very clean, inside and out, the pool area was cleaned every morning, the rooms every day, all the staff were happy to help in any way. Although we mostly go self catering, we were half board here, and the food was very good, good choices with something for everyone, although it could have been a little hotter, there was fresh pizzas being made, another chef cooking meat, and quality food such as king prawns, salmon, ham on the bone plus loads more to choose from. There was a good variety of nightly entertainment, and daytime activities , and enough sun loungers to go round. The bar was not overpriced, and the bar staff were great, especially Dave who makes the best Sangria . We will be back without a doubt .

Had a lovely stay at San Diego over Easter time. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all, staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and I’m so fussy, but was always something that i could have. Would stay again if go back to Salou, central to beach, shops and entertainment

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel Best San Diego ha sido fantástica. La habitación muy correcta con vista a la piscina . Elegimos pensión completa , nos ha gustado el bufet , había de todo . El personal muy agradable .Bien situado entre las playas de Capellanes y de Levante. Para repetir.

Another fantastic couple of weeks the staff at this hotel are the best from reception to bar staff and cleaners 100% even the hotel manager such a lovely guy hope you all have a good winter break rest and return again next year for a great season. Thank you all for making it home from home but with sunshine

First time in Salou, Just back from a 4 night stay at San Diego, we stayed all inclusive and the food was lovely, only thing I would say is wasn’t sure what was on offer from the pool snack bar as wasn’t advertised but the ham and cheese toastiest and fries were nice, all cooked fresh to order, the hotel room was clean a little on the small side but great for somewhere to shower, get changed and sleep, wasn’t too keen on the one long pillow but it done the job. Location was amazing literally 5 minutes walk away from the main *****. Chaplins was about a 7 minute walk away I’d say defo a must if travelling to Salou. We had a pool facing room and the Victoria pub didn’t bother us at all with noise we didn’t really hear a thing considering it is open until 5am. The pool was lovely and great day and night entertainment, the only thing I’d say is it would of been even better if the sunloungers had cushions on but all in all I would highly recommend this hotel.
