Hotel LeCressida

The hotel is very friendly. It has good food. But power and internet was not at all available. Although they have power back up. But mobile network and internet was not there

Decent location, good outside view. We had issues in our room but addressed by the staffs immediately. We’re taken care by them with the needed support. Breakfast or food has limited varied and have options to improve. Overall, good stay and good / caring staff

Very neat and clean. Well maintained and have proper support 24/7. Having vr game option aswell spend good time.

I stayed there for 2 days ie; 29th dc and 30th dec. Breakfast fast was disappointing. Same food with only 2 items was only available. Not even removing plates when people had their breakfast. Though i had taken option for lunch/dinner also, thought of not having it from there with my experience on breakfast. Room is very highly priced. Average room. Informed them to clean the room after first day. Bedsheets were not changed. New bottle of water was not provided. Even they didn't change the towels. Had to call room service and made them bring everything. The tap in the bathroom was damaged. They told that they will repair next day, but nothing was done. Not worth for a stay unless you didn't get any other hotels there.

Only good thing is room other than that pathetic service. There is no resturant in hotel it's only a small kitchen and for one coffee we had to wait like an hour. Can't believe i spent 4500rs for this poor service. Not recommended

It was a nice stay at the hotel. Room was spacious. It was close to lake as well. Food was good but it takes time for room service. I never got this much discount any time
