Sowell Hotels la Plage

We had a lovely few days in Sowell la Plage. There is a beautiful beach a few meters from the hotel that is perfect for swimming and has paddle boards available for 15 euro. The roof top pool over looks the beach. The staff were all very friendly ,particularly Mihal in the bar. The hotel has an excellent bus services outside the door that brings you into the town center of St Raphael.

I loved the location and the views. The room we got ended up having a little, equipped kitchenette, big bedroom and beautiful balcony. The pool was really nice too. Great to hangout and take in the incredible views. Did I mention it’s also on the roof top? Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Just returned from a week at the hotel and would definitely not go back and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Shame as the potential is there but it misses on so many counts. All Inclusive is limited in that its not available all day - the ONLY Restaurant is shut from 13:00-19:00 and there is no where to get other food from such as a snack bar. The bar closes at 22:00 and only serves beer and wine in the afternoon. The food was average with little imagination and the same thing just rotated on days. Overall the worst All Inclusive i've stayed in. On a positive side i suppose the rooms were nice and air conditioned , the staff on the whole were pleasant and the cleaners were lovely. Local bus stop just outside the front of the hotel means at least its easy to get out of the hotel and go and spend money on decent food and drink in St Raphael or A*** or further afield. Just very disappointed

Good rooms, lovely views and location. Poor all inclusive and awful drinks in bar, served in glasses I used to have at school dinners! It closes at 10pm. Restaurant is closed from 1pm to 7pm, bizarre! Restaurant has no air con, so all doors wide open, baking hot in there, and consequently, there are always flies on the food! One of the group had food poisoning whilst there. Food is not great and a very limited choice. One of our group is Veggie and she could only have potatoes and some of the salad stuff! The croissants were the nicest thing to eat! Some of the staff were lovely and some miserable! Cleaners in the rooms were excellent. This is an honest review. With a few changes the hotel could be so much better.

All inclusive limité Plage de gravier de l’autre côté de la route. Buffet quotidien le même pendant 8 jours. Piscine petite et mal entretenue. Accueil plutôt froid On sent un groupe hôtelier plus sensible à son profit qu’au bien être de ses clients. On est pas dans l’hôtel de la plage?

The hotel room was verry small and dirty. We didn’t have shower gel and when we took shower, the water was everywhere. The water from the shower came also into the room.. We also found hair on the towel and a clip on the chair. During the night, we couldn’t sleep beacause of the sound of the ventilation from the bathroom..All night I heard the ventilation.

A fuir absolument Depuis quand cet hôtel est classé 4 étoiles ? Pour commencer la réception on dirait un point relais .. Vous payez le parking et la réceptionniste vous dit vous vous garez importe Ou ou vous trouver !!! 10 e par nuit Bref … Les chambres sont sombres , aucun service , les repas sont ingnobles, mal présenter , le buffet est salle et ne donne pas envie de déguster !!! La nourriture est immangeable , mal présenter mais le personnel en salle est gentils seul point positif du séjour .. bref la base ! Le buffet du petit dej et le même pour le déjeuner du midi honteux !!!!et à 13h01 pour le déjeuner c est trop tard il ferme à 13 h00😡 Dans la salle de restaurant voir réfectoire de cantine ça sent hyper mauvais !!! Je vous le déconseille !! J ai voulu inviter ma famille pour mon anniversaire on est hyper déçu !! En sus … les horaires de l Ehpad avec des heures fixe et si vous êtes en train de manger on vous fou dehors Le bar le soir ferme à 22 h à 22 h01 c est dehors et après y a rien a faire c est une maison de retraite c est une horreur !!! La piscine froide même pas chauffer comme l’indique le site et la centrale de réservation Et quand on prend le soleil le moteut de la piscine est insupportable !!!!!!! Du bruit infernal Et la cerise sur le gâteau ma belle fille qui trouve un mot dans la trousse de toilettes avec le snap du garçon de chambre Vous avez vous ou cela a part dans des bouges !!!! Honteux Inqualifiable Un courrier va être fait au direction respective des hôtelleries et bien évidement à la direction de l hôtel sowell Attention à fuir !!!!!

Parfait. Le seul point négatif serait le manque de tables et de chaises au niveau du bar afin de pouvoir jouer aux cartes ou même discuter en prenant un verre.

Séjour entre amis pour décompresser et profiter des joies du sud. Super expérience au bord de mer. Tout était parfait de la réception au restaurant et bar. Équipes au top à tous les niveaux. Buffets variés et généreux. A refaire et à recommander.
