I had a booking for a 2 night stay at the hotel, 2 days before my daughter got sick. I called the hotel to ask if it was possible they could move my reservation to another day. the person who answered the phone was so rude to me, hang up the phone while I was still talking. So rude!!!!

It serves its purpose if you are visiting the Marche aux puces but if visiting Paris as a tourist I would avoid. Far from city centre in an area I would describe as deprived. Reception staff not the friendliest or helpful either. Breakfast very good.

Comfortable hotel situated on a main road in Saint-Ouen. Well maintained and very comfortable beds, although rooms are a little small. The restaurant is excellent for dinner. Breakfast is rather overpriced, but is convenient. Rather a lot of confusion over paying the bill! Overall a good stay for business.

This hotel is well located near the Mon**artre quarter and close to line M13 - Garibaldi. It's a perfect place to visit the city. They have a garage to park the car, the rooms are clean, modern, comfortable,... The staff is 'medium'-friendly. The breakfast can be very busy and hard to find a free tabel if you are with a family. One minus: when i booked, it was clearly stated that breafast was included, but the manager wanted us to pay additionally. This was not okay!

Very bad breakfast. The eggs was not cooked properly and they don’t do eggs as I wished. I just want a cooked eggs. The garage system is also bad. The grage door closed quickly you need to be fast

Hello, I booked a night on the 15 of december, but I had to come one day earlier, therfore I made a booking the day before, but then I realised when I arrive at the hotel that I made a mistake and booked for the 23 of March....I try to cancel it but they told me that this was not possible, the front Office manager, obviously has never heard of customer service and cant differentiate genuine hospitality and people trying to cheat you, so I cancled the room, did not get the money back for it and then I cant even re-book a room, so basically they can double the money they are making with one rfeservation...that is what we call cheating guest basically...
