Really nice hotel just a few hundred metres from the town centre - nice quiet location - very modern and spotlessly clean - good secure parking - our room was large, well equipped and very comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was very poor indeed - the starters were ok, the main courses were abyssmal - nice locally made ice cream for dessert can be recommended - dinner was not an enjoyable experience -breakfast was quite acceptable however. I can fully recommend staying at this attractive hotel, but just don't bother with eating dinner in the restaurant - there are loads of nice eateries within walking distance.

A really great stay reception staff friendly, rooms great and nice seating area for the bar. Only reason we could not give 5* was a function on the Saturday night meant restaurant was closed. I believe if you have a function you should have a separate area to house the group. Lots of other local restaurants but priority should be on providing a good service to guests staying. I would recommend though and look forward to returning

Spent a night in this hotel to visit a restaurant and the Coupole nearby. Superior rooms were very nice. The hotel was recently renovated. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking at the back is convenient. The staff was extremely kind. The breakfast was generous. I would certainly return.

The hotel was clean enough and the rooms well appointed for the price. Check in was efficient and the ambience pleasant. However, the attitude of two serving staff (on to the adjacent patio) was slow, rude and way below the expected standard of Mercure Hotels. Eight times they avoided serving our table - walking past several times and turning their backs to avoid our gaze. Our drinks order was eventually taken by Oliver, the service manager, some 10 minutes after we were seated. When we asked to pay, instead of bringing us the bill, we were told to 'go to the bar'. This was our 4th time as guests of this hotel, but after this experience, this will most definitely be our last. As silver card holders of this chain we expected better service!

Beautiful, modern hotel. Clean, good sized rooms, great parking for 12€ and free disabled parking for my parents, we had a twin room that was clean, a good size and had lovely Nuxe bath products, my parents had a junior suite which had lovely extras to make it special, the air conditioning however was not good! Very very low power, so the room was hot. We had dinner in the courtyard as a family with two dogs, the food was excellent, but the real diamond, was our waitress Celine, so so so friendly, looked after us immensely and helped me pronounce Mille Feuille! We chatted and it turns out she is learning everything and I must tell you, she was magnificent, a real credit to you. Everything was perfect just a bit hot in the rooms, thank you for a great stay, and thank you Celine! You made our dinner very special.

Nice hotel and nice staff but the breakfast service really pulled the whole experience down from giving the hotel a 5. Too busy for the single member of staff to cope with resulting in free tables that were unable to be sat at as they hadn’t been cleaned and empty dishes at the buffet. We had two separate stays within the same month as we used it as a break in driving across France to the UK and had the same experience at breakfast both times. The first time we stayed the air con in the whole hotel had broken and the hotel could not offer us a fan and didn’t offer any sort of recompense too which was a disappointment. Despite this the hotel was otherwise immaculately clean and comfortable hence the 4* review.

We had an excellent stay. The room was very clean, and we requested a cot that was honoured without a problem. Restaurant was good, food and drink offerings were thought were well varied and value for money. Staff were polite. We will definitely return.

This is a tale of 2 halves. When I tried to book online, I wanted 3 rooms but every time I tried to pay I got the message saying that these rooms were not available. I was booking through the All - Accord site - their own. I tried 9 times using different debit and credit cards. I finally emailed the hotel and was told that they could book the rooms for me but the price was higher. I explained this and even sent a screenshot of the price that the site quoted - but to no avail. Eventually, I tried booking each room as a separate transaction and was successful. I did complain to the CEO but they just responded that they didn’t have evidence of my doing that even though I offered to provide it as I’d used a cashback site and they recorded my attempts. This was utterly disappointing. Second half - the hotel was lovely as were the staff. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable . Although an extra, there was secure parking at the back. The bar was open until 2 a.m. it was a great stay.
