Staff were great. Location was great if you have a car. Quiet hotel on the weekebd

We stayed as a group of 6 in this hotel for 5 nights. We were in Martigues for a family party so didn't spend much time in the hotel but we were disappointed with it. The rooms are very basic and more suited to stay 1 night or 2 max. Our room smelt damp and of cigarettes which we complained about and was offered to move to a room next to reception so we said no. The room was also not cleaned well, it had cobwebs in the corner and was not vacuumed for a few days at least. We had to ask for more toilet roll on more than one occasion and foot and hand towels were not always provided. One member of our group ate breakfast once and was not impressed. We opted to buy our breakfast from the boulangerie round the corner and paid for coffee from the hotel. The amenities listed above are inaccurate, the rooms are not sound proof, I could hear the person next door brushing their teeth! If there was a games room and activities stated, we did not see any of these. We asked for a plaster and they did not have a first aid kit, this was very alarming. The extractor fan in our bathroom didn't work and when reported was told 'it is just like that sometimes'. All staff were polite and tried to be helpful but gave us the wrong bus times on 3 occasions. Unless you have a car this hotel isnt in the best location and the area of Martigues isnt very accessible. Taxis are very expensive from the hotel and uber is hard to access. As we didnt spend much time in the hotel, these things didn't spoil our holiday luckily. One plus, it has a pool and a good hair dryer. This hotel is cheap for a reason so if you plan to stay for more than one night, think twice.

OK hotel, nothing more, in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Built a few years ago, rooms are not big as someone else said here. They are basic, bathroom tiny. Bed comfortable, but the downside is this is in an industrial area so nothing to do unkess u have a car. Breakfast basic. No bar, no restaurant. There was indeed a Buffalo Grill opposite but that burnt down so u have two options, both buffet restaurants (no ala carte) and food is okey. There is however a very good beer bar opposite of the hotel, which is really the only reason to stay at this hotel….

Très bon séjour pro, chambre propre à l'arrivée et ménage bien réalisé pour le second jour. Bouteille d'eau et café disponible en chambre. Petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel à l'accueil très gentil. Hôtel très recommandable, on y dort très bien. Autour c'est une zone commerciale avec un magasin d'alimentation à deux minutes à pied. Parking très bien pour se garer même avec un grand utilitaire, c'est vraiment vaste. Une ou deux bornes pour les voitures avec des piles électriques.

Très bon hôtel, chambre propre et confortable, personnels accueillants. Point faible lumière du jour car pas de volets et manque d’entretien à la piscine qui est non chauffée.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und relativ neu mit einem eigenen Swimmingpool. Leider befindet sich das Hotel in einem Viertel, die wie eine "Geisterstadt" wirkt. Es sind zwar laut Google einige Geschäfte unmittelbar drumherum. Jedoch sind diese alle geschlossen gewesen. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag das selbe. Keine Variation also, aber völlig ausreichend.

Séjour dans l’ensemble convenable Le point négatif était que la chambre n’était pas prête nous avons dû attendre et une femme de ménage qui nous faisait comprendre que nous la dérangions en même temps le hall d’attente étant étroit et les chaleurs insupportables nous n’allions pas attendre avec des enfants en bas âges sur le parking … amabilité de certaines personnes à revoir… Le deuxième point négatif n’est pas dû à l’établissement mais au client peu respectueux des enfants qui se sont mis à fumer sans gêne juste à côté

Problème d’insonorisation entre les chambres ! Avec des voisins bruyants jusqu’à 3h30 du mat L’hôtel m’a proposé une chambre sans voisins pour la deuxième nuit ! Et là ce fut parfait
