Cramped room, especially toilet crammed up against shower. Not suitable for couples, only one chair. No lounge area at all, very uncomfortable. Aircon didn't work

I booked the hotel for a short night, and picked an affordable hotel as I just needed a quiet bed.
I wasn't expecting luxury, and the room and bathroom were simple which is just fine.
The good news is that the sound insulation was good - no nous issue.
The main drawback was the bathroom was pretty run down, e.g. there was no seat on the toilet...

Very noisy, not clean. We booked this hotel for a night on our way to the Alps. The room was very small and smelly. In the bathroom someone left a cotton bud in the sink hole that has not been removed since then. The bottom of the shower and the sink were old because there was moss on it. The cups in the bathroom were used, you could clearly see that someone has used them before. The only positive thing was the kind receptionist that open us late to check in. Not recommend it.

Dirty rooms, strong smell of cigarette smoke, barely covered by chemical air freshener. bathrooms were dirty and smelt, couldn't bare to use the shower. Floor was sticky throughout. our 3 person room had a single bed that blocked the door, making access interesting, never mind fire safe?? A complete rip off at £47 / room/ night. Booked online in advance - never again.

Located in an industrial/retail park off the N44 and TomTom GPS failed to get to the exact location. Had to drive around in the evening and located it visually.The reception staff were very good and helpful. Overall, it is a budget hotel with no frills, but good enough for my night stopover.

The staff are particularly nice and welcoming. The hotel claims to have been refurbished. I have stayed in several of their rooms this last year, all painted recently. In each the sanitaryware was old tired scratched and stained - so stained it could not appear clean even if it was. The reason I still choose to go there is the excellent and wide ranging buffet at the New China Town Restaurant next door (closed Mondays).

pas de chaise dans la chambre toilettes bouchées pas d'eau ds le réservoir à eau (une puanteur ds la salle de bain) beaucoup déçus de notre court séjour à chalons en Champagne nous sommes arrivés sans réservation et on se trouve dans une chambre pas très propre et ce pour 50 euros.

Hôtel en bordure de national très fréquentée. Mauvaise isolation. fenêtre ouverte ou fermée, On entend chaque véhicules passer. Chambre petite. Confort de la literie médiocre, il y a un espace de 20cm entre le matelas et la tête de lit.. Manque de choix pour le petit déjeuner.
