Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

This is my 3rd 21c I’ve stayed at and my favorite so far! Everything was lovely and charming and Idol Wolf, the restaurant, was superb! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

We had to make an unexpected trip to St. Louis and stayed at 21C because we appreciate the concept and the location was convenient. It was beyond amazing. The food and drinks were exceptional. The staff from all departments were very friendly. Definitely will recommend. A++

This is definitely a posh hotel and I would be happy to stay there again. The staff was 50/50 on friendliness and service. Some aspects seemed overrated and also overpriced. The room was nice, but it was tight quarters for a night. I enjoyed walking through the gallery and the restaurant was nice—not necessarily worth the price point, though. Overall, it was a good place to stay. I'm just not convinced I'd recommend it over another hotel in downtown St. Louis.

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was never cleaned or freshened. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels and coffee. I was told that I needed to "ask" for cleaning, otherwise they will not do it. The fire alarm at 6:45am as also a bit shocking, and inconvenient. I think the hotel could have done something for the guests for the inconvenience. Otherwise, the hotel itself was nice, the bar was wonderful and the museum was interesting.

This is a beautiful property with great bar and extremely cool art. The room I booked online did not match the room we received on check in. The front desk was unable to remedy it due to being overbooked. They explained that a lot of the rooms look different due to the "historic nature" of the hotel. We were supposed to have a sitting area and did not. The room was very cramped for a 2 night stay although beautiful and well appointed

We weren’t able to check in until 530. We were then promised 2 free rooms but our phone room didn’t work and when we came back and asked about the 2nd room they just shrugged shoulders and told us to contact *******.

I have stayed at another C21 hotel and really enjoyed it and this one did not disappoint! This was a really nice hotel lots of beautiful seating for drinks even when the bar area is full. They had a billiard room which was beautiful! My husband and I went with another couple and really enjoyed our stay my husband said several time this is a really nice hotel. Rooms were extremely comfortable.
