Location is Amazing .. over looking the Sea plus central to the city Center and bus stations .
I enjoyed my stay
My bed was clean
Sheet were fresh
Breakfast is great
Plus swimming pool and Gym
Definitely am coming back

I got the superior room with the sea view which was refreshing. The location is probably the best for the most part of a tourist- close to the city centre and bus station (for going to tourist attractions outside town which would be too expensive with a taxi) as well as very close to the harbour for the Condor Ferry (if you want to visit the other Channel Islands like Guernsey in same trip)

Friendly staff. Clean and large sea view room with everything equipped. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the waterfront restaurant. The food was very delicious and there was variety of food. My family and I had a very pleasure and relaxing experience in this hotel!

The location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa treatments as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa treatments should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.

Good quality hotel with great service. Centrally located with good views over the harbour. Hotel arranged two adjoining rooms and two complimentary bottles of wine for silver membership. Highly recommended.

Looking forward to a two night stay, pleasant check in, bar and restaurant staff excellent. Rooms quite average although a little tired in places. During night one was awoken a 03-00 by a very loud shrill alarm, assumed it was a fire alarm. Upon establishing this was not the case, it was eventually traced to a small inconspicuous box just above the skirting below the air-conditioning controls. Called reception, a member of staff called with advice to evacuate the room asap, and a key for an alternative room to use for the remainder of the night. I returned in the morning to retrieve my things; the alarm was still ringing and could be heard some distance away, I would guess that is part of its function.
I understand these events can occur, my criticism is that no explanation or apology was offered, and even upon serious enquiry I was only informed the the "gas detector was related to leaks from the air conditioning unit". Furthermore there was no attempt a any kind of goodwill gesture in recognition of what could have been a dangerous situation, and was at minimum a very disturbed night, spoiling the following day.

Fabulous hotel, great breakfast, pool, location and pleasant friendly staff. Sadly some of the customers at the pool were less considerate and rude, jumping and diving into the pool despite clear requests not to!
