Ulasan Howard Johnson by Wyndham Sacramento Downtown

Service was good amenities were good location was good but the room wasn’t very clean at all the bathtub was very dirty as you can see in the pictures bathroom was very bad like unacceptable the toilet was leaking water coming from the bottom of the toilet wax ring that’s a trip hazard the room doesn’t seem clean at all the bathroom door had some smeared poop on the door so that tells me that they didn’t clean the room . I also saw a big running on the ground not sure if it’s a cockroach but yeah definitely won’t stay again or I don’t recommend anyone to stay here unless they clean it .

I booked my hotel for a concert and I came from the Bay Area. I went into the my room, smell cigarette smell, and sprayed cologne. It didn’t work and the man who works around the grounds said I should’ve called but I got my back to my hotel at 3:30 am. I did tell the lady at the front desk and she just said ok. Seems like she didn’t care or she just didn’t want to fix my problem.

The hotel clean up my room only 1 time for star for 5 night. I have to activated my room card everyday.

The room facilities are not that good, service is good the breakfast up to normal standard.

It was very dirty floor and tub. One could not walk barefoot on dirty floor that needed mopping. Didn’t use tub because it was dirty as it was not wipe down or sanitize. Also, someone came very early to knocked on a few rooms including our saying housekeeping. That was very unprofessional because the hire should be able to see if we had left or not. The housekeeping woke us up when we did not ask for a wake-up call service.

It was good not great but very friendly and they have security so it’s safe

It was ok, not great simply ok but nice breakfast with self made waffles

Service could be improved

Something that is understandable but would’ve been nice to know that’s there’s a $100 charge when you check in. It can take up to 5-7 days to get that money back.. If there was no damages. My room was clean and nice. There was no damages and hope on seeing my $100 back in a few days

By the river, lots of homeless somebody’s car alarm went off at three in the morning

Nice hotel, quite place and had great breakfast. Parking is really small tho

很爛的酒店，是汽車旅館，房間挺破的，大馬路跟前，不建議頂這家，往市中心訂比較好。開車10分鐘可以到downtown

全是嘛味和周邊都是流浪漢，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，，

非常舒適的床 房間的床特別舒服，一覺睡到天亮。酒店安靜，適合休息，員工服務也很貼心。
