The hotel may be old but most importantly, the rooms are spacious, and it feels like home. And clean. Cleanliness is very important to me. The rooms are "huge"! I love this 80+sqm size, so nice to have large rooms once & for all !! And toilets are clean & huge! Location is excellent, it's about 10 mins to the Old Quarters but the location around the hotel is good - some nice restaurants & generally much better than staying in the old quarter area which can be hap hazard.

Good for family great location comfortable beds, I’ve stayed here lots of times over the last 25 years, there are lots of good hotels in Hanoi but it does the job.

Good location, clean rooms and environment, friendly and helpful staff, good spread of breakfast choices, good maintenance of hotel facilities. The only downside is that it is not sound proofed😅 You will be woken up by the busy traffics if you are a light sleeper, however, the hotel do provide ear plugs in the room.

Good location for exploring HaNoi. Nice facilities (pool, pkayground, fitness, sauna). Friendly staff and possibility to store luggage for some days.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Two bedroom, two bathroom, large kitchen with a washing machine, and good view. Breakfast was great and there is also a bar and pool. Convenient that it has a small mall attached. Easy to get groceries, a coffee, or a massage. It was worth the money as a family of 3.

The hotel location is close to the tourist attraction, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Comfort family friendly apartments，convenient to walk to old quarter. Breakfast buffet just modest not recommended to have.

Excellent and very accommodating staff especially at reception who spoke fluent English. I made a mistake in booking dates but they were incredibly understanding and got us a room immediately.

Hotel is in a great location and we had a comfortable stay. Our room was a two bedroom with a kitchen, which was nice and spacious with two kids. Bathrooms had a couple of spots where moisture was getting at the corners and paint was peeling. Also one of the beds has a whole in the headboard. We are pretty easy going so none of that bothered us or affected our stay.
