Ulasan Hotel Mojito

Excellent staff, they were all so friendly always greeting you every time as they see you and helpful especially the front desk receptionist Claribel. She was informative of what I wanted to know and she also was able to solve most of my problems that occurred while I stayed at there very nice resort.

Hotel en general que necesita una actualización, se nota que tiene unos años encima. El servicio y la atención de los empleados, para mi lo mejor del hotel, al menos por mi experiencia. La comida deja algo que desear, aparte de que no siempre hay de todo. Vale la pena reservar en el restaurante del Malecón, tanto el servicio como la comida son mejores que en el self service. Y el bar de la playa también es una buena idea por el entorno y la tranquilidad. En cuanto a la animación, los chicos/as lo intentan aunque sin muchos resultados. Los espectáculos por la noche bien en general, aunque no deberían de dejar pasar tanto tiempo entre el mismo y la discoteca. Pasa casi más de una hora entre uno y otro y la gente se enfría. La playa no es amplia y bastante sucia de algas y demás. Aunque intentan cuidarla a diario. Creo que en general tiene buena relación calidad precio. Pero para playa mejor ir hasta Playa Pilar o alguna de otro hotel.

Ну, для Кубы это средний нормальный отель. Но это где-то 3 звёзды. Из огромных минусов - невероятное количество комаров и ещё больше мух. Невозможно спокойно жить. Еда - выбор стандартный для Кубы, даже неплохой. В остальном ничего необычного. + Выделить не могу. Только если вы пьёте, то наливают без остановки, в основном пиво. Но это такой себе плюс. Так делают везде и не вижу в этом ничего хорошего. Потрёпанный, старенький. На 2 из 5 сойдет.

My wife and I have stayed at the Mojito more than 30 times over the last 20+ years, and we always have a great time. The staff at the Hotel Mojito are truly wonderful people and are the reason it's such a great place to stay. The lobby bar is huge and seems to be a central gathering place for a lot of the guests at some point in their day. Luis, Alain and Chicho (Lixander) are all exceptional at what they do, and Chicho is probably the best bartender I have seen anywhere, and I have been all over the world. He is a formally trained mixologist, and can expertly make any drink you can think of. He has a great sense of humour and can speak English as a bonus. No trip to the Mojito would be complete without visiting the lobby bar and saying hola to the boys. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and helpful, from the maids to the gardeners. The hotel is also very well equipped, with 3 pools, a buffet and 2 al a carte locations, tennis courts, theater, weight room, and spa, and a great beach bar to mention a few highlights. Check it out if you plan on going to Cayo Coco Rick W.

Awesome experience the hotel was magnificent three different parts of pool areas the beach, breathless white sands the staff at the Mojito resort we’re all very friendly and also very attentive. The bar staff very attentive. We met Bartendar and waiter by the name of Chico. He was awesome, very attentive, very friendly will be back more than more than more than more than more than more than once again. Thank you, Mojito for giving me the experience of a lifetime

The service is great, very helpful and accommodating. The whole crew is friendly and hospitable. Special thanks to Chicho, Alin, Luis and Landy for making our stay memorable. Will definitely come back again. The location is few minutes walk to Commercial Center (mall), Blue Diving Center and CubaCar (car or scooter rental). It is short car drive to ***** and Cayo Guillermo, and Black Hawk Lookout Point via Scooter. The beach feels like you’re on a private beach and can swim with the pelicans flying over your head. If you are more of a person that does more activities than staying in a room, then this is the hotel for you. Price is great and you can spend on activities (like diving, scooter, etc) the money you save from accommodation with still have enough for leaving tips for the staff.

We have been coming here for 20 years! Lixander always makes the best drinks and is a friendly face to see every day! The staff at this resort are long time people and make the vacation 100%. Lixander, Adele and Guillermo are the best! We will be returning

Beautiful resort with amazing staff, especially Chicho who works the bar in the main lobby. Our second time here and loving it. The beach is beautiful and the pools are clean and clear. Spanish coffee is amazing. We’ll definitely be back again next year for sure.

Returned from another amazing trip to mojito. It has been many years since I have been but nothing has really changed the staff still make the place amazing. Chicho is no longer at the pool but his refreshing smile greets you at the lobby bar. We had the best lobster I have ever eaten for returning guest during our stay. Our room was spot less, there was food to be had everyday and the beach was breath taking. If you’re going on vacation to complain and be ungrateful don’t go to Cuba during shortages. I alway feel very safe here and I have been coming since 2007 with my son, and friends and husband. We have never had a problem. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, Buffett staff, lobby bar, snack bar, gardening staff, a la cart staff your all doing a great job! Thank you for making my vacation great see you again soon.

Love loved our trip here . The most incredible beach - not crowded or close to other resorts . Phenomenal staff. Small community vibe - and easy to navigate. Best cappuccino and Spanish coffee ever thanks to Chicho! . Great entertainment - and loved hearing more Cuban music than I’ve heard at other resorts. Will be back next March!
