Ulasan Hilton Niagara Falls/ Fallsview Hotel and Suites

Sanitasi sangat buruk (foto terlampir, toilet bocor, banyak noda). Kualitas kamarnya tidak bagus. Jacuzzi yang disebut berkarat dan sangat kecil dan tidak bersih. Barangnya salah, requestnya mau lihat view air terjun, tapi mereka kasih kamar low level yang dasarnya tidak jelas. Yang paling penting adalah bahwa mereka ditagih berlebihan. Meskipun mereka telah menulis untuk membayar ekstra, kami hanya tinggal selama satu hari dan menagih dua hari tambahan pada tagihan. Keluhan di meja depan adalah bahwa mereka mengatakan mesin itu salah dan mengubahnya kembali suatu hari nanti.

Hotel memberi kami kamar yang salah pada saat kedatangan tetapi panggilan cepat memecahkan masalah. Kamar baru berbau seperti rokok tapi itu diharapkan karena itu adalah "ruang merokok"

Well staying here is really just for the view of the falls. The service is so so. It takes at least 10 minutes to get to your room via elevator…there’s a lot of food and shops at the bottom and the hotel is easy to find. They charge $25/night for travel tax and $5 for a bottle of water in the room…

The Hilton Niagara Falls is a fantastic choice for a stay near the falls. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with stunning views of the Niagara River and both the American and Canadian Falls. The location is convenient for exploring the attractions around the falls, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. While the rooms are well-appointed, the highlight is definitely the panoramic vistas of the falls from select rooms. Overall, a great option for a memorable stay in Niagara Falls.

The room was not the same as what was in the picture. We were actually expecting a Whirlpool tub, but it was not there. The view was not as great as expected. The elevators were not working and also stucked in the elevator for 15 minutes. Elevator work waiting time going up-and-down was about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Took them 60 minutes and 3 calls to deliver toothbrush. Other Hilton hotels provides 1 bottle of water everyday for Honor members but this one only provides 1 bottle of water on the first day. I won't recommend my friends stay here.

Quick to check in, room was super clean, many amenities, restaurants, ******, short walk to the falls.

Before I begin I must state that wifi reliability for here was non-existent, with signal at 1-2 bars and continuously dropping. Phones could connect to the surprisingly weak signal, but forget accessing with your laptops. In this room on the 9th floor with poor signal, I was unable to catch up on much needed work. That being said, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom met our needs for the evening.

Great experience at their hotel, easy access to everything.

Our stay was excellent. There was an issue at check-in where the room type we paid for was not the room issued which appears to be an error between Trip.com and Hilton. Although the hotel was sold out they were able to find the room type we purchased. Overall our stay was excellent and of course perfect location. We were surprised that housekeeping services resumed as normal which was very pleasant and appreciated. We will stay at the Hilton again on our next visit. PS: the North Tower elevator issues seem to have improved in this stay.

This hotel is right in the center of Niagara. Walking distance to everything and connects to the ****** and other shops, which was very nice. On Friday morning we were woken up by a fire alarm at 6AM, this was a bummer and ruined our mood for the day as we were planning to sleep in a couple more hours and enjoy our last day in Niagara. The fire alarm wasn’t so much the problem as the wait to get the elevators to start working again. We were forced outside in 40 degree weather with nothing but what we had on for almost 2 hours. Please get a proper elevator fire system in place to make this false alarm easier for customers.

We had a suite with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area and a kitchen. The hotel was in walking distance of most of the attractions in Toronto. Breakfast was provided free of charge. It was a good breakfast with some limited gluten-free options.

Best thing about hotel is connected experience between Hilton and Fallsview. Hotel rooms are bit old and with basic facilities only.

Everything is good about this hotel except lack of amenities, only shampoo and conditioner
