Ulasan Lenox Hotel

Rooms are surprisingly clean. except for the toilet bowl water which gives out a nasty smell when you flush. They must have been using recycled water but I hope they do something about the nasty odor. Food was very good and staff are overall friendly.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

We had a nice time staying in the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days . The staff were friendly and courteous . The location is right in the heart of the city so it was convenient .

It was nice and pleasant like usual. Staff are helpful and very accommodating.

Everyone’s been great. Lenox is basically my partner and I’s second home in Dagupan. Food is also great! I’d like to thank the whole team for being amazing!

The Hotel, room and staff were great. The area around is loud, dirty and offers very little in the way of restaurants and attractions.

Don't try to book an event! bagal kumilos mga staff. Event coor nila robot! Walang kusa. Mabait lang pag hindi ka pa naka down ng payment. At worst, nag mamagic pagkain! Di mo alam bawas na mga serving nila! Puro corkage dito di naman maganda service! BAD SERVICE

Didn’t check-in. We only went for the karaoke 🎤 🎼🎶 Clean, nice size karaoke room for up to 14-15 people. Food was mediocre. Price? No idea. Our friend paid for it, not us. I think you can bring your own dessert, that’s what our friends did.

Stayed 3 nights very friendly staff. Would highly recommend to stay, thank you guys! Enjoyed staying will stay again.

The staff are nice and very accommodating however some of the rooms needs to be cleaned. Firt room that was given to us has fishy smell and foul odor. I requested to be transferred to another room and my request was granted.

Nice hotel. This was the second time we've stayed here. Right on the middle of town and close to several places to eat and catch transportation. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Our stay included a nice breakfast from the menu. If stay here again.
