Ulasan B&B HOTEL Saarbrücken-Ost

I've known this place for a long time. Now it's a B&B. Ok for the price.

酒店車位嚴重緊缺，不得已停在非停車位但不影響通行的位置，而且已有其他客人也已停放在那裡。酒店服務人員確衹讓我挪開，而不是對其他停錯位置的客人一視同仁，而且態度惡劣，因此嚴重懷疑是對非同族人羣的歧視。淋浴頭已經損壞導致不能固定在掛鈎上，已有長期未維修的痕跡。體驗感差，強烈不建議訂此酒店！！

小小的，但還算乾淨吧。位置很方便，就在球館的對面，樓下就是電車站，然後附近還有超市，還有麥當勞之類的，但是隔音確實比較一般。

挺好的距離球場步行可達。交通方便出門就是輕軌和巴士站。

A good quality budget hotel that met expectations. A safe, clean hotel to stay on a long journey. Take the breakfast option, good value and available from 06.30 There is a REWE supermarket open until 20.00 5 mins from the hotel.

We wanted somewhere cheap and clean to stay while on a road trip. Thats exactly what we got. Convenient to centre of town also.

Ibis Saarbruecken Ost is a great hotel and well placed. Great breakfast and it's an integral part of our holidays. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

A very friendly welcoming stay , would definitely stay again. Well situated and easy to find , perfect place to stop on a long drive across Europe . Very clean rooms and the bed was firm , an excellent nights sleep .

Two stars for budget and cleanliness, I was upset after being locked out of room after making reservations for 3 days. I didn't understand that paying at the kiosk was only for one night after entering credit card information. The receptionist said it was my fault because everything was on the documentation. I acknowledge my mistake and I apologize for being rude. It's what after she said makes me not want to come back. But I was being rude, she said, then I said your attitude is not making the situation any better. Just a little bit of advice, if you want customers to come back be customer centric, and if we have to pay a little bit more for customer service I don't have a problem paying, it's a matter of principle. Have your receptionist have a little bit more empathy for travelers that don't speak or write German language.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut aber es ist zu ertragen ☺️ wenn nochmal in Saarbrücken dann nur dieses Hotel

Ein sauberes, ordentliches Hotel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage und mit ausreichenden Parkplätzen ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind Ibis-Standart und zum Übernachten vollkommen ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Bei einem nochmaligen Aufenthalt in Saarbrücken werde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Unser Zimmer war wie erwartet zweckmässig und sauber. Das Hotel bietet um und im Gebäude genügend hauseigene Parkplätze. Die Lage am Stadtrand empfanden wir als ideal. Nach etwa 20 Minuten Fussmarsch erreichten wir das absolute Zentrum. Verschiedene Restaurants, sowie ein Bäckereikaffee findet man aber bereits im 600 m Radius.
