Easy and efficient check-in checkout, friendly staff. Superb location, just a few minutes away from the tube station.

The location is good, close to underground. Many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly.

I was upgraded to a room that had a view as the one I was given originally faced a brick wall and with the new room was not disappointed. The room is well appointed but the reason I don't give it the highest marks for a 4star hotel is because if you want to make yourself a hot drink you have to get dressed and go down the corridor because they have decided to take away ammenities like personal kettles. I get they have replaced these things with 2 amps that you can plug a guitar into but there were no instructions when I tried to look it up (and I play guitar). It would be better served with a DAB radio and a kettle or some other sort of modern way to get hot water. Other than that, loved the products and the staff were really lovely and funny! Beautiful hotel, great location and very comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negatives would be that the room was smaller than I was expecting, and the downstairs bar is very pricey!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. 進門是一個酒吧的吧枱，一個小夥子引導自助辦理入住，在屏幕上輸入各種訊息，填完後在吧枱的前面一個小孔中吐出房卡，刷卡坐電梯，房間裏沿街整牆大玻璃，非常明亮，觀街景好不錯，隔音非常好，路上來來往往車，室內一點聲音沒有，房間裏有WIFI，速度不太快，每層樓走道盡頭有茶水間，有龍頭飲用熱水，各種茶包，速溶咖啡 ，紙杯等。房間裏沒有冰箱，如果買了飲料可以存放在吧枱的冰箱裏，如要加熱食品可以讓吧枱服務員幫你弄，還會給你盤子和刀叉，非常方便。酒店周邊環境非常好，各式住宅、街道非常值得走走看看。酒店邊上有三家超市，五分鐘就能到地鐵（有紅黃藍三條線），十分鐘走道諾丁山集市，正好趕上週六非常熱鬧。如果來倫敦選擇住西邊的話，這是一家很不錯的酒店。

極簡風設計，一次性用品得自帶，每一層都有一個茶水間，提供不同的茶包咖啡，適合一人旅遊住。房間內普遍手機信號不好，安排的房間wifi連不上，後來換了一間就解決了。notting hill gate地鐵站5分鐘走路，附近超市餐廳cafe都有，很方便。

忘記拍照了，雖然房間有點小，但是強烈推薦，乾淨，有泡茶的公共區域，可打熱水，可泡各類免費茶，很乾凈，非常方便，地鐵 5分鐘吧，住在大使館和諾丁山富人區，非常安全，超市餐館好多，酒店樓下酒吧裝修有特點，離諾丁山書店和肯辛頓宮近，比我住的其他幾個各方面都好，我連住了六天

我真的很喜歡這個酒店 本來是因為無法提前入住宿舍要過渡四晚 選了很久 這個價位真的很值得 房間很新而且超乾淨 對一個人來説很寬敞 落地窗拉開窗簾可以直接看街景 裏面還有兩個馬歇爾音箱（雖然我衹學會了用小的那個） 前台入住是半自動式的 對社恐人士很友好 退房更方便 直接把房卡往前台的信箱裏一投就行 真的很愛這個管理模式 走之前還和工作人員聊了一下 我説我從攜程上訂的時候評價還不是很多 感覺挖到寶了
