Housekeeping manager was so rude and ridicules I strongly do not recommend this hotel

The location is great but the hotel is old and carpet to be worn

The location is good, at the central of the village. Convenient on purchase. Cleaning-so, so. Room small - expected. No bell boy - expected. Service bad. No one check the shower liquid, always at low level, need to ask two three times to get refill on shower liquid, even told the room keepers, still need to remind reception again and again. Reception always hiding in the room, difficult to find them. No tooth brush, no tooth paste, no hair comb, no soup, no hair dryer for the room. Noisy in the street expected but up to 1- 2 mid night too bad. window opening is too small to get fresh air, Wifi only free for 30 minutes, I stay here 3 days 2 nights only free 30 minutes. only one chair available for a double room. Kettle is dirty, full of water scum Shower curtain is too short, water comes out after shower. No drainage outlet. Bathroom full of water. No one remove them. Check out is the best (no need to check out). Really want the money back, will not come back any more.

因為航班延誤，所以很晚才到酒店只剩下一間對着街外的一樓樓層十分嘈吵當車經過時整張床都在震小朋友跟大人都不能入睡剛剛遇着英國夏天時候又不能關窗，所以感覺十分差勁，該區治安環境亦十分不好

Bathroom was dirty . Sink had been clogged by the person who used it before me so whenever I use, dirt from under would circulate up . It was disgusting!!! But room was clean(not bathroom), hotel staffs were friendly

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great bar/restaurant area with good value and tasty food. Room and shower good standard and clean. Better soap and tea supplies than we have had in other Travelodge hotels. Disappointed supplies not topped up having left the notice on the door knob by 9 am. However, staff soon offered supplies when asked. Easy access to all of London and other routes as it's only a short walk to tube, mainline and DLR rail connections. Good shops nearby. The immediate area around the hotel is not well kept (some derelict areas and shuttered shops) and there were some concerns about walking from the station to the hotel. Very near Woolwich free ferry over the Thames and main road links. New EV charging station with 8 chargers nearby. Main entrance from street still open to the public late at night, even though notice stated it was card entry only after 10 pm. Good value for money.

We regularly use this Travelodge for the bathroom facilities The reception and the bar looks fantastic the upgrade they have done is just brilliant. Tolu and the night staff are fantastic. this is the loveliest Travelodge we have been to and we go to a lot of them

Tolu at reception was very polite and helpful. She made us feel welcome and answered our needs promptly. She gave us extra decaf, sorted the heating problem and made sure we were comfortable. She assisted with coffee and WiFi connections whilst also dealing with others.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge Woolwich in London and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel offers great value for money with its central location, making it easy to explore the city. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. For anyone visiting London, I highly recommend Travelodge Woolwich for its cleanliness, convenience, and affordability. I look forward to returning on my next trip!

Staff was amazing and the room was nice. The hotel is on high street so convenient to transport to Central London but quite noisy until late at night. Parking can be a problem if not handled properly as it is an external company in charge and tge paying machine are not working most of the times.

Small rooms spread in a hodge podge all over the property. Air conditioning did not work well stuck on 18 degrees Celsius with only the ability to change between hot and cold but still fixed at 18 degrees! AC also leaked everywhere, which explained the dreadful smell. Appears to have been leaking for a long time from the stains on the carpet. Only 30 minutes of wifi. Breakfast was a disaster with staff unable to keep up with, leaving log queues. Checkout was also a disaster waiting over an hour to check in

The best service in the world by Tolu, Ellie, Mellissa. They are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is good. All you need is here and the neighbours are quiet. In the area you can find all kind of facilities. You will be pleased. The diversity of the local population is incredible.
